First time at Simply Sushi was delicious! I got the Super Crunch Tuna & Ocean 9. Both delicious! The second time I ordered I got both the tuna and salmon versions of the super crunch. So good. I also had the spider roll which was also very good. Definitely my new spot for sushi!

If you want some solid sushi with a side of mild humor, this is the place for you! This is a great quick lunch spot with a small but encompassing menu. I went with the bento box and everything in it was fantastic. The place is small with only a few seats, but I think most of their business is takeout. It’s good quick sushi and priced accordingly. Meet a friend for lunch or grab a bento box for takeout, you will be happy you did.

WOW WOW WOW!!! The most delicious and fresh and flavorful sushi I have ever had! For real, I’m so glad we found this place. I’m only sad that we don’t live closer to come again soon. I had to stop eating half way to write this review. I recommend the Super Crunch Tuna, Wild Pacific and Godzilla specialty rolls!!!

So glad there’s a new local sushi place… that is actually good! Ever since The Fresh Market in Lincolnshire closed, and their Sushi With Gusto crew was no more, I have been looking for a quick carry-out source. Simply Sushi Express to the rescue! Online ordering is easy, and ready for pick-up in 30 minutes. They’re all super friendly too. Check them out! I only wish they had a spicy scallop roll.

This place is great! Picked up for the first time today. Sushi was fresh and delicious, and I’m a picky sushi eater. It was prepared within minutes and I was on my way. The owner was very friendly with a sense of humor. This will be my sushi pickup spot!

We got the Godzilla, wild Pacific, and the salmon burner rolls. They were absolutely delicious. The place wasn’t super busy, but the food was made very quickly and the to-go trays were really nice looking and well done proportions. We ate it so quickly we didn’t take pictures! Sorry!

This is not really a sit down place, which I couldn’t tell from my google search of sushi near by (I’m not from this area). But it did not stop them from letting me sit at a little high top to eat. The brother and sister running it were very friendly and hospitable!
