Oh man, what a delicious meal! We really liked the combo meal to get a taste of everything! We ordered too much food thinking the serving size was going to be small but we were wrong. This place was a nice surprise in cashmere! Quick and easy for pick up order! Thanks for all the napkins too 🙂

Very popular BBQ spot in Chelan County. Right down the street from the take out spot for all the rafters. Service was fast and friendly. The food was pretty good. In order, the cornbread was amazing. The brisket was good. The pulled pork was just ok. Unfortunately they were out of ribs by the time we decided to visit so next time. Overall, a great place to visit. I wish the portion sizes were a bit larger for what you pay but still highly recommended.

I ordered 1/2 lb of brisket and 3 back ribs. They were very tasty. Brisket wasn’t sliced but cubed; very flavorful and juicy. The back ribs felt a bit pricey but they were very tender and welled smoked. I’d say they are worth the price. And I recommend all BBQ lovers to stop by and visit.
Btw, when I ordered, the owner accidentally overcharged me. And I paid without realizing it until I sat down and felt that was a bit expensive lol. I then communicated with the owner. She refunded me the price difference, and also gave me extra meat. Very honest business.

The sauce was very good, the sides were also excellent !! ribbonn fries, potato salad and beans ..
The prices very accessibles and the staff very friendly, really good attention.
If you are in the Wanatche area definitely you need to go to Country Boys BBQ to taste the delicious food they prepare there, I am sure will make you want to lick your fingers.

Oh Wow Yummmmm! I am always a bit surprised when we find such great places in small little towns. But also very pleased because if this type of restaurant were in a big city they would be packed, and run out of food way to early. Cashmere is a very laid back small town and the feeling here is a good fit for the town vibe. I have a feeling we were the only tourists. It is pretty small on the inside with only about 6 tables. You order at the counter and then they deliver your order to the table. Great smiling service from the staff. Pretty small menu of your basic BBQ choices. But oh Boy Country Boy…. This food is good! I had the special which was a smoked chicken salad with all the fixings and a really good BBQ Porter dressing …… which I am currently searching Pinterest for a copy of this recipe as it was so good. (And for the record can’t find one, so if anyone knows how to make it – please message me!) The Mr. had the Brisket Sandwich and we shared ribbon fries. The Ribbon fries are nice and thin and crispy…. And a huge basket, don’t think you can eat them yourself! Overall this is a great BBQ place and one we will be waiting to return to!

Stopped by here with 40 of my Soldiers after a great team building event on the Wenatchee. The staff here took our unannounced arrival in stride, and took good care of us along with their other customers.
As far as the food goes, it was definitely the right choice and worth the minimal wait. I had a pulled pork sandwich with a hot link, and I lived near here, I’m pretty sure I’d eat this all the time.

Super friendly staff! It’s been a long time since I’ve had pulled pork this good. Just the right combo of smoke, spice, and vinegar. BBQ beans were also delicious. Cute little restaurant. Just wish they had mac and cheese! Highly recommend for either sit down or take out. Downed the lemonade in a second, and staff filled it right up again before my food was ready to go. Will definitely return!

Hey.. what’s not to love about BBQ? Good outdoor seating in a quaint little diverse community. Cashmere has that good old American hometown feel. Take your meal on a short walk to the river park or walk it off later. Personnel were nice and efficient. I am simple so I go with the beef brisket, sausage, and beans. For me, that is a two sitting meal. Go into town.. it’s pretty groovy . You would not expect that seeing what little you can from the highway.

Really like this place. Their BBQ is some of the best I’ve had in the state. I take my clients here whenever we are in/near Wenatchee. You can immediately tell from the taste that these guys are serious about ingredients and making everything from scratch.
