I’ll start by saying their food and service are great but as far as cleanliness…oh brother! It started with a visit to their restroom and it’s filthy. It looks like they haven’t cleaned it in ages. Sink has black grime on it. Layers, really. Also, fix your towel dispenser. I started to see if it was just the bathroom. Nope, it spread to their lobby. Dirty tables and floor. This place needs to be deep cleaned! Aside from that, great food and customer service.

I ordered a foot long Hook and Ladder and it was tasty, but poorly made. About 3″ of each end had nothing in it. For almost $15 I think they should pay more attention to how they make their sandwiches.

I stopped in a few minutes before closing, and although the store was still open, the staff had already shut everything down and wouldn’t take my order. I understand wanting to close on time, but posted hours should be honored. It was disappointing to make the trip and be turned away early.

We were greeted immediately by staff and a manager that clearly enjoyed working here. Wait for the food wasn’t so bad, but the quality of the food was legitimately surprising. The tuna sandwich my wife ordered was excellent, but the one I ordered (forgot the flavor) was honestly one of the best “to-go” foods I’ve ever had. If we lived closer I would definitely come here more often.

When you read all the reviews from this place and read the responses, it seems demeaning and sounds like pandering. It’s like the responses are “cut & pasted” from one response to the next, slightly altered, but very insensitive responses. When your time and money are taken away, there really is nothing to make up for it, not loyalty, no second chances, and certainly no the possibility of swallowing something the could have done some intestinal damage. Food is a precious thing that everyone has taken for granted. Food is part of our lifestyle and what we choose for our health. The time and preparation it takes is paid for by the patrons, why cut corners? Why sacrifice a possible lawsuit for simple negligence? When time and money is taken away, it’s stealing. You will never regain trust again.

So I ordered a 6 in meatball sandwich with no bread and I got three meatballs with cheese and tomato sauce my husband had the brisket as he always does and it was not real brisket me and the bread was horrible he said so I’m not quite sure how this place is gone down so bad but I feel very bad for the staff.

First time here and has us coming back for more!. Been too Subway and Cheba Hut and I think Firehouse Subs has become our favorite so far. Subs are delicious and employees are friendly. Nice clean atmosphere.
