Cariera’s Fresh Italian is a really nice place to enjoy a good Italian meal. The staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to come back. The food portions are generous, and everything we tried had great flavor and tasted fresh. The pasta was cooked just right, and the sauces were rich and balanced without being too heavy. Excellent service from beginning to end. I walked in and felt like VIP, practically had the place to myself. The best part was I was also treated like VIP. The Bartender whipped up a fantastic blueberry mojito. The head chef was extremely warm and professional. My waitress was a little shy, but very sweet and paid attention to my needs. Late lunch/early dinner on a Sunday. We were the only ones there.
Garlic knots appetizer was served with a delicious marinara, but I’m pretty sure the bread isn’t made in house and could use more olive oil and garlic.
The chicken Parmesan was great. I got the small portion and it was still more than I could eat.
Hubby had their white pizza and said it was very good.

Hidden Italian gem in Winter Garden! Located on the right side in the shopping area with Big Lots and 4 Rivers. Great Happy Hour options with $5 glasses of wine and many food options on the menu. They have a few TVs with live YouTube feeds of different areas of Italy that are fun to watch. The Chicken Lemon (Happy Hour option) was very flavorful with a great lemon taste. The Asiago Stuffed Gnocchi with Vodka Sauce was recommended by the server and was phenomenal. Great flavor and large portion size. Excited to come back and try some more items on the menu!

Going here you must know that the food is definitely made to share as a family. The price of each pasta is ~25 but can feed 3 people.

Cariera’s is a fast casual type of restaurant. It’s located in strip mall but don’t let that mislead you. The food is very good and the staff is polite. Bathrooms are clean and the restaurant interior seem to be very well maintained. You order at the front counter are given a number and then find your seat. I think it took about 10 to 15 minutes for our orders to come out. There was plenty of sauce on our pasta dishes which is great because I do not like a dry pasta.
We were introduced to this location by a neighbor and it has become our go-to spot for takeout Italian or a quick sit down.
I had the lasagna which was one of the best lasagnas my wife said she had had. I also had the chicken mushroom pasta and my wife had the pasta a la vodka with chicken. All of them were great.
My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what I expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special whether it was service, food, staff, etc., and a 5 means I was blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing with no offer to correct the experience and a 1-star rating was terrible
