My last visit I received an uncut quesadilla and a soft shell taco with a long blond/light brown hair in it.
Expect to be missing something from your order because of the amount of times they’ve forgotten to give me my sauces, straws, tacos and drinks.
It doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will have the same experience.
This place needs some serious improvement on all fronts. The staff regularly hand out orders silently with no hint of politeness, I had one employee try to tell me that she didn’t forget my straws for my drinks despite my very obvious lack of straws.
Food is often missing, made sloppy, cold, or just incorrectly.
I rarely write reviews and this is my first negative review. I am tired or poor service and even worse food. Go anywhere else to eat, you’re almost guaranteed a better experience.
Finally a guy comes up, pretty sure he was the manager. I was slightly irritated because of the lack of service and he walked up with an attitude. He said he doesn’t have any one on the register until 5pm. Not the customers problem. He said we’d have to use the kiosk or the drive thru. We’ve wouldn’t have come in if we wanted to use the drive through. So, 5 people, 2 working registers at the drive thru, couldn’t work the front register?
We said we are going somewhere else and he made a very snarky comment. We went across the street to Arby’s and had fast, very friendly service. Even the Arby’s employee’s said, they all work all the stations. They also said it wasn’t surprising, about TB. Taco Bell food has gone down in quality, up in price, and the food has been shrinking fast. So many reasons we won’t be back.
Upon entering the Drive Through Line, while at the Speaker…
A very Friendly and Welcoming Female came on in a welcoming demeanor…OUT of NO WHERE this abrupt and aggressive male voice took over and took my order…(which HE ended up being wrong)
After placing my order…I noticed the cost wasn’t right.
I drove up to the window and the nice female was there…I explained that the price wasn’t right…I explained what I ordered, and she immediately fixed the issue… repeated my order back to me…and fixed the problem.
NO offering of any sauces…must be cutbacks…

The guy should be FIRED.
