Used to enjoy this location but it’s gone downhill in the last few months. Today I was served cold nacho fries and the sauces I asked for and that were put on screen were not given to me.

My last visit I received an uncut quesadilla and a soft shell taco with a long blond/light brown hair in it.

Expect to be missing something from your order because of the amount of times they’ve forgotten to give me my sauces, straws, tacos and drinks.

It doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will have the same experience.

This place needs some serious improvement on all fronts. The staff regularly hand out orders silently with no hint of politeness, I had one employee try to tell me that she didn’t forget my straws for my drinks despite my very obvious lack of straws.

Food is often missing, made sloppy, cold, or just incorrectly.

I rarely write reviews and this is my first negative review. I am tired or poor service and even worse food. Go anywhere else to eat, you’re almost guaranteed a better experience.

I went thru the Taco Bell drive thru. I ordered taco supremes, nachos with cheese, and a pop. The person that took my order at the speaker wasn’t very welcoming. However, the person that took my money and handed me my food was very personable. I was a little discouraged that they only had Pepsi products. There was only 2 flavors of diet pop (Diet Pepsi and Zero Sugar Mountain Dew) to choose from. It would be nice if they could add more diet choices. The nachos and taco supremes were delicious!

I was there today. My burrito was great, but I ordered a vanilla cream freeze and they gave me orange cream. They asked me for sauce and then didn’t give it to me, then I rounded my bill up to help kids in need and they didn’t even pay attention to my order. Maybe they need to slow down.

Stopped here on Sunday, Oct 19th a little before 5pm. Waited at the counter for several minutes. Least 5 employees walking around, I saw at least one look at us, but not one person acknowledged us.

Finally a guy comes up, pretty sure he was the manager. I was slightly irritated because of the lack of service and he walked up with an attitude. He said he doesn’t have any one on the register until 5pm. Not the customers problem. He said we’d have to use the kiosk or the drive thru. We’ve wouldn’t have come in if we wanted to use the drive through. So, 5 people, 2 working registers at the drive thru, couldn’t work the front register?

We said we are going somewhere else and he made a very snarky comment. We went across the street to Arby’s and had fast, very friendly service. Even the Arby’s employee’s said, they all work all the stations. They also said it wasn’t surprising, about TB. Taco Bell food has gone down in quality, up in price, and the food has been shrinking fast. So many reasons we won’t be back.

I moved here 3 years ago and eat a lot of Taco Bell. This place sucks SO BAD it genuinely makes me upset when I think about how much money I have wasted on them getting my order completely wrong. Stuff is expensive these days it’s insane to pay so much money for FAST FOOD and not even be able to literally everrrr get it right. I love Taco Bell I just think corporate needs to pay a visit to this location…

My coworker and I ordered online for pick up in the drive through. The person working the drive through today was super nice, informative and they were quick with the order. The food was still warm by the time I got back to work and the new Agua Fresca drink was great!

BIGGEST ISSUE:

Upon entering the Drive Through Line, while at the Speaker…

A very Friendly and Welcoming Female came on in a welcoming demeanor…OUT of NO WHERE this abrupt and aggressive male voice took over and took my order…(which HE ended up being wrong)

After placing my order…I noticed the cost wasn’t right.

I drove up to the window and the nice female was there…I explained that the price wasn’t right…I explained what I ordered, and she immediately fixed the issue… repeated my order back to me…and fixed the problem.

NO offering of any sauces…must be cutbacks…

Thank you to the Girl who took the time to make sure my order was Correct.

The guy should be FIRED.

3rd car in line and there was a long wait in the drive through. Order was messed up but didnt realize until 8 hours later (I work nights and was up all day and fell asleep as soon as I got home). Was a gordita crunch instead of the 2 pack of street tacos. Been trying to fill out an online form but it keeps saying “uh oh… try again later”. Thanks guys. Paid for the $10 box but got the $6 box instead.
