This is the BEST Carl’s Jr. in Phoenix! I pass two other Carl’s Jr. on my way home from work to go to this one. The food is always hot and fresh, and my order is always correct. The employees are friendly and customer service focused. I’ve never had an issue with this location being out of jalapeño poppers, either. It’s also open 24 hours. I come in here at least once a week, at all times of the day and night, and I’ve never had an issue.

Went through drive thru… They sent me to the wait paking spot, guy brought out my food… I checked everything over real good before he walked away, realized they forgot my fries… He looked in bags checked reciept… walked inside got my fries brought them to me… He could have acted like a friend but he acted like he worked for the company and was doing his job. When they send me to a parking spot … I don’t let them leave my car until I have checked my order… I am disabled and its hard for me to get in and out of my car and carry items. I have to get my walker out and prepare my self to go into places… so I just say hey do you mind waiting here until I check my order… They always say no problem. Food was hot and as expected!

Charlene, a pregnant employee was so nice and sweet to my son, who has been on a long bus ride this morning and she made his day taking his order. She even said he is so cute. She was nice and friendly, and took our order with patience while it was a rush.

Have difficulties with the cashier overly talkative and a little overbearing, where you could not get a word in edgewise. And not in a nice way.
