Let’s start with the salad bar…needed to be refilled for over an hour. Even told the waitress when we ordered. The 2 waitresses really don’t seem to care what is going on in the restaurant.
On to my breakfast…i order by the location we are in simply because the East Coast doesn’t know what over medium eggs are. (Over medium=NO SLIME in the whites but dipable yolk). So I went with scrambled eggs crisp bacon & French toast. Waited an hour for our food, salad bar never got replenished. Had to send bacon back…oh it’s crisp now!!! Deep fried bacon…Thanks TA You failed yet again. Oooo looky the health department picked a perfect time to show up. Now the salad bar is getting taken care of.

Well first. I ordered bacon with my biscuits and gravy and rye TOAST. Simple order. She forgot. So I ordered again. No biggie. Twenty five minutes later she comes over sets it down and walks away. Drink was empty. No bacon. As she’s walking by I asked if they forgot the bacon and she said she did. Then asked me if I still “actually” wanted it. Nope, and she walked away. THEN I grab my rye. And found out it wasn’t toasted. Wasn’t buttered. Drink still empty I finish up. Can’t find her anywhere. I finally ask someone to get her and she brings my bill up and says whenever you’re ready and walks away. So I get it together. I waited. And waited. Finally set down the money, walked out. First time in my life to not tip.

My brother and I spent the weekend here waiting to deliver a load. We have ate here 4 times in the last 2 days. Each time, only 1 waitress working, no utensils on the table. Had to chase her down for refills, and they look so happy to be here. Food was ok, but the exercise sucks

Stopped in for a midday meal. Had the grilled Salmon with green beans and salad bar. Everything was excellent . The food, the cook, the service. Everything was wonderful and nice and clean. Very nice personnel. Probably one of the best TA’s I’ve been at and I have been in about all of them in the USA.

The servers are THE WORST I’ve EVER seen; and I’ve been here several times.
The soup and salad bar is trash.
The food is otherwise usually decent, but the service just kills it.
Like, how you not gonna tell me you’ve been out of tartar sauce for a week when you take my order for fish…?
They’ll bring you burnt toast or water with stuff floating in it.
They don’t appear to give a damn at all.
Sad, really.

worst Customer service! servers aren’t friendly, they take for ever to take your order then they don’t bring you drink fast enough and after they do they totally forget about. server would be on her phone at all times and wouldn’t bring you drink refills. This is my 3rd time coming here and experience been the same all 3 times.

Wow what an experience! Came in to have breakfast, as we have to wait for some paperwork.
Will NEVER come back! Rude server from the get-go. Thinking this server should really use some pen and paper to remember the orders, or at the very least listen when the order is given.
Two orders for standard omelets, came back to confirm toast preferences. Turns out, when order comes out, it’s the wrong bloody omelet (not even close) rudely takes plate away disappears. Second omelet that was ordered had sliced cheese on a two cheese omelet, no other cheese present.
While sitting in restaurant, observed three other orders either forgotten or messed up completely. If you don’t like your job, find another one.
I caution those that enter to be aware that it’s likely going to be a disappointment.

I read all of the reviews and still decided to eat there. The service and food was awesome. It was clean. The problem I had was with the store. They were out if fountain Pepsi and I went and told the lady at the counter she said ok and then looked at my cup. I said all I got was ice because you are out of fountain pepsi. Again she ok and went back to her phone. I had to tell Brian To get fountain pepsi. When did it become ok for people who are at work to spend that time on their phone…smh

Negative stars? Set at the counter for 5 minutes before seeing anyone just to get a to go box. Got my salad and back to the counter to pay. Stood watching another server cashing out something else, then she turns toward me, goes to a counter behind the wall and starts eating. Ok, maybe she just went on break. But the original server disappeared for almost another five minutes with everyone at the counter trying to get their drinks re filled. Just short of 20 customers in there at lunch time. Could probably afford another server to be on duty.

Worse service I have ever experienced. Will not come back again. 45 mins for food and order was wrong 35 min later food comes. Waitress was no where to be found. Ask for check. 45 min later she finally ask if I want to pay. Need to replace staff or shut this truck stop down
