I spent extra money for the Gremlins meal (which was overpriced to begin with) just to get a collectible Gremlins air freshener. I was disappointed to learn they had run out of them weeks ago! Tell the customer this at the time of ordering so we can change our order or at least give us a replacement item like a Jack in the Box car antenna topper etc.

I have been to many Jack in the boxes, but this one is definitely one of my favorites it is clean and there are no homeless people hanging around this establishment which makes you feel safer. The employees all were wearing mask and adhering to all COVID-19 protocols, our food came pretty fast and was definitely good as usual.Buy local, Shop local, Eat local,Spend local.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service and food. Avoid using the app. I had attempted to order fries using a promotional offer on your mobile app, but encountered difficulties applying the discount. When I finally arrived at the drive-thru, I specifically requested that my fries be served hot. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the fries were unacceptably cold, as if they had been sitting out for an extended period. The food was inedible in this condition, and I was unable to enjoy my meal. To make matters worse, the drive-thru employees, Raul and Marie, were extremely rude and unhelpful. They argued with me about losing product. when I finally pulled over to see my food. The order was wrong. I ordered a ultimate cheeseburger and got a chicken sandwich. The employees don’t care about customer service They’re more concerned about wasting food even though they got the order wrong and gave me the wrong sandwich. They just wanted to be right and that’s wrong. I don’t plan to come back here again. I hope I get my refund online because I just bought food that is uneditable.
Update. I made a complaint on the website provided by the owner. I never received a refund or a call back. I also noticed that the drive-thru worker gave me a fake name. I guess the server was named Miguel S.

Oh man where to start it was raining and cold outside so my family went in to eat and they had the AC on. We had to ask two time before they turn on the heat it was 46° outside. Plus the parking lot is full of employees cars!!! ♂️ They called me personally to say that they have had the AC fix and that the car in the parking lot were for a different shop. Maybe what they said is true we will see next time my family goes. As for the food really good but hard to enjoy it freezing in side the store!!!

Fries and chicken nuggets looked like they hadn’t changed the oil in a while. Dirty tables every time we went in. Changed to Wendy’s nearby much cleaner and better more personable staff.

If you like seeing homeless doing drugs right in front of the drive thru and homeless hanging out in the parking lot then go here because I don’t not anymore! I complained multiple times and nothing was ever done and I complained to Vons and they said it’s not their property. It is Jack in the boxes property and responsibility to re-handle this problem. It’s ridiculous that Jack-in-the-Box allows this to go on ! Not only is it disgusting to see but unsanitary also and we will not be going there ever again. It’s pretty sad that Jack-in-the-Box is too cheap to get security.
