Sue was the best customer service that I had at this place I have maybe gone 3 time she went above and beyond she made me feel welcome and comfortable and not judged today was not the same experience but the lady that rang me up was kind and pleasant I did feel so welcomed at first but she did a amazing job and the restaurant manager is super kind and understanding! I do recommend this restaurant their prices are affordable and well sized portions very filling the lady today recommend the 5 mini tacos or fish taco. Sue offered me the last I was there the bean and cheese tostata my phone is probably spelling that wrong and that was very filling i give customer service a 9 out of 10 given today it started off not so welcoming but it ended perfect and she really is a sweet person and has good customer service skills i look forward to going back and being seen by Sue and the lady that served me today!!!! Everyone has bad days we never know what someone is going through!!! Thank you Sue and anonymous lady for your good customer service I appreciate you both!!!! Love your fish taco and bean and cheese tostata and rice with that one sauce the food is to die for!!!! You all are the best!!!!! I 10 out of 10 recommend their food Go check them out and tell Sue I said hi and thank them for their excellent customer service!!!!

Not a clean establishment, meat is grey, NO customer service, and the cooks and workers are constantly on their phone or at their cars and then coming in to handle the food. I saw NO handwashing after handling money and phones. I saw a poor old lady tell them that her order was wrong (she was so sweet) and they said “you should’ve listened when we repeated the order” and they did not remake it for her! I brought this up to a few colleagues and neighbors and they have all stated they’ve had issues here. Will not be surprised if they’re not here much longer. Will be contacting health department and BBB because this place is sickening. The owner needs to put a tighter leash on these employees.

Just wanted to stop on here and say you don’t always have a great experience with employees at a fast food restaurant now a days. This one person named Sugey I believed made me feel welcome, joyfully and was able to help me decide on my lunch with out hesitation basically gave me a run down of the menu in less than a minute and I thank her for that. Also the food was delicious

As much as I love the Filiberto’s food, this location had horrible customer service. I came in to get a burrito for breakfast, and I asked for ham and cut in half. They got my order wrong, whatever it happens. The part that really bugged me what that she was giving me so much attitude and for what? I was being nice and understanding like i get it mistakes happen!! BUT LITERALLY I could literally hear her talk smack about me to whoever was in the kitchen like girl YOU HAVE THE WINDOW OPEN I know this girl wanted me to hear. Of course I got annoyed and IM PETTY so I got my refund and told her next time she should pay attention, and she got mad and tried to grab my hair. I didn’t know this specific Filiberto’s allows their employees to assault their customers Some morning shift.

I ordered 2 items, tacos and tamales. They forgot the tamales. I live several miles away and happened to be on that side of town. Instantly regretted my decision. If you just got off work after a long day, save the hassle and go somewhere else.

Went in and got it to go. That was a big plate of chicken enchiladas, beans, rice and chips & salsa. I couldn’t finish it all. Delicious!
