Service was chipper and attentive, but I had to ask the staff to turn down the kitchen music because it was competing with the dining room music (and much less pleasant sounding). The bathrooms look like the filth has just been smeared around for the past 20 years rather than actually cleaned. In short, it’s your typical overtrafficked fast food joint. I’ll be avoiding it in favor of more conscientious establishments going forward.

This location has a staff member that has severe hygiene problems. I went in there once and he smelled very badly. Come to find out this isn’t just a one-time thing I have heard from other customers and other staff members that this guy really really smells bad! I will never ever go into that Arby’s ever again. I think it is a huge mistake having a person with hygiene problems serving food that I actually have to pay for…. What are you people thinking?

We went through drive-through around dinner time. We had coupons. Great value. After picking up food, we had to drive a few miles to get gas. I started the gas pump, then took a bite of my sandwich. It was still steaming hot and crispy! Nice work Arby’s! My new favorite on-the-go food!

Food was good other than out of product, but did give a nice substitute. Service however was absolutely terrible! I thought of leaving before I ordered when the kid taking orders was incredibly rude towards an elderly gentleman who had just asked if he could get his veterans discount. Incredibly rude! But then I noticed while we ate, the manager was rude as well. Remarkably the bell was rang a few times for good customer service, with any type of appreciation or acknowledgements of any kind. This will be our last visit at this location
