First time trying Fufu and egusi it was very flavorful and delicious. Family owned business. Very clean. The owners are very nice. I will for sure be a local and loyal customer

My first time having African food and it was delicioussss! Even my Haitian father enjoyed it and they are often hard to please. The owner was so sweet and welcoming & helpful. I really like this place, I will be back to try something other than fufu and egusi. It’s super spicy (idk if i can control the levels but I’m a wuss, regardless I’d suffer through the spice) I wish there was more chicken.

The food here is always ALWAYS flavorful and I cannot express my appreciation for being able to have access to hot and fresh traditional Nigerian food, and now a market as well!

The owner was very nice. Online the hours said 1pm but they didn’t open until 2p. The food was horrible. I got the egusi soup with chicken. The chicken was tasted like it was left over from the day before. The egusi soup tasted like it looked. First time tasting fufu and egusi soup and I wasted my money. Everything went into the trash. If I could give the food zero starts I would.

Was very excited to try this place after experiencing the fantastic West African food I had at a Nigerian wedding while back. I played it safe with the Jollof Rice & Chicken for my first try and I am so full of regret. I should have ordered at least 3 other things just to try it because my “safe” meal was a flavor party in my mouth with every bite. The chicken was deliciously seasoned with the same smoky, spicy, savory tomato sauce that makes the accompanying Jollof Rice one of the best rice preparations over ever tested. My family is Caribbean and I have a strange aversion to plantain, but even the plantain was fresh, firm and cooked through. Can’t wait to try my next, less safe meal at this unique local gem.

Delicious place to stop and get a meal. Stopped here for a late lunch mid-January 2025 while commuting the length of the Florida Turnpike and was not disappointed!
I’d never had African cuisine before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I decided to keep it simple. The chicken leg quarter was freshly made, had the perfect level of spiciness for me, and the jollof rice was delicious – well worth the wait. The owner is super friendly, I enjoyed chatting with her while I was there. If I find myself in the WPB area again I will definitely consider coming back.

I had the egusi stew and it was amazing! Brought me back to Nigeria and I highly recommend. The owner is a kind person and I can’t wait to come back and try her Amala.

The food was absolutely delicious!!!! At first I was disappointed because I thought that the portion was too small for the price but it was actually too much for me to finish. I had to save half for later….perfectly seasoned and tender. I ordered Egusi, goat and fufu. Goat doesn’t come with the meal but it was worth it. I live in Fort Pierce, Fl, which is an hour away. The only reason I drove there was for this food and I am so thankful I did. May God bless this business!!!
