Ordered around 930 pm on Friday night on the app. Checked in and waited. About 40 minutes later and being the only car there I went in to see what the deal was. They told me it had been ready but I had not checked in. I said I did immediately after getting there and was told they didnt get it. I then asked then why didn’t someone ask me why I was just sitting in there stall for app orders not doing nothing. Plenty of employees had seen me just sitting there. The girl heard my question and just walked off. Terrible customer service

Ordered 2 BLT and they were burned and the bread was not texas toast it looked thin and cheap. The bacon was thin and fatty, could not taste it and to top it off it was piled in one corner of sandwich.

Wow. If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would.. every single time we go to this sonic SOMETHING is wrong. Usually they can’t make any food because they don’t have a cook. This most recent time I waited 30-45 min for someone to take my order in line at the drive thru. (Which never happened so I left.) When I was rounding the corner to leave I could see two workers fighting!!

Always takes forever. Everyone is rude. Food is always cold, wrong, or just plain gross. Drinks never taste right. This isn’t a one time incident. So much so we drive 5 miles down the road to get good sonic and nice people

Place has weird hours. Doesn’t really matter how many workers are there, they’ll say they’re short staffed so they’re closed. Closed during dinner hours, closed at lunch. You can’t order anything on the app because it’s always turned off, so no rewards and no deals.

I bought two footlong chili cheese dogs and both of the hot dogs were raw and the food was cold. They were stiff and couldn’t even use a fork to eat with.
