If I could give a negative star, I would. I went in there with my family and was denied to use the restroom. Was told that bathrooms had piping issues when an employee used one and informed me it was not broken. We were paying customers, not like I was just going to use the restroom. I contacted HQ which seemed interested but then ghosted me as well. Shameful to have ppl working customer service when they don’t service.

I went to the Jack in the box on Olive drive in Bakersfield. The atmosphere would be fine except for all the homeless people and tweakers constantly coming up asking for money. I give out food drink a money whenever I can. However to be asked for things every time you’re in that area it is ridiculous. The service could have been better, I did not even get one napkin. The food could have been better, I ordered tacos, and they were burnt and really really greasy. However the egg roll that we got, was delish.

If you’re going to this Jack in the Box, stop and don’t. I was vehicle number three in the drive-thru. Took 20 minutes I think even a little bit more to get through. 5 minutes before they took my order and then 15 minutes just sitting there not sure what they’re doing in there. But they’re definitely not making food very fast. So much for fast food. You do better going to Chili’s and it’ll be about the same price.

They take sooooo long to get your order. If you go inside, it takes 15+ minutes. Drive thru is the same. If you order on the app, it’s 15-30 minutes to get your food. Don’t go to this jack in the box if you are in a hurry.
