Just ordered using door dash. Spent a good amount, and got everything but my Twix cookie dough desert that I paid $11 for. Sorry, not sorry, but I can’t rate a business that doesn’t fulfill their end of the deal higher than a 1 star. Maybe next time!?

So we got to this restaurant at 9:38pm. She said we are closing. I just wanted to order some puffs. She had nothing available for hot and ready, and only took online orders. Online wouldn’t let me order I tried before driving to this store. So I said you cant make anything, she said no we’re about to close. They dont close until 10. It take 15 min to make puffs or a single pizza. Bad customer service.

18 bucks for a extra sauce & cheese deep dish pepperoni and got the nastiest looking pizza ever,. So i paid extra for one that was just sitting in the hot box for hours? no way was this made in the last 30 mins even if it was made wrong, damn atleast give me a fresh one LOL. Pre ordered my lunch to be ready at 12:30. I got there and was told it would be 2/3 mins. After waiting for 10 mins I told the woman I wanted a refund because I needed to go back to work. She argued with me until finally she pulled a half cooked pizza out and handed it to me. I left with no refund to buy another lunch and a half cooked pizza that I could even eat. Don’t waste your time.

What a strange experience. The short lady at the till who took my order was extremely rude when I asked if they have any hot and ready pizzas. She also seemed to very angry that she was taking peoples orders. This place was busy ,but professionalism still matters. Kindness is free. Also our food was awful. The crazy bread was burnt and the pizza was not cooked all the way.

I asked for 3 sauces, she said the total was 2.97, so I gave her $3. she then only gave me 2 sauces and said another one would be $4.27, which is untrue as I looked at the prices for the sauce on their menu and 3 sauces is 2.97. She refused to give me my third sauce unless I paid extra when I already gave her enough for my 3 sauces.she argued with me so gave her 4 extra quarters. She then said it still wasn’t enough so I tried to give her my card since I had no more cash and just pay the .27 to get my sauce even though I knew it was not right. when I tried paying for it with my card she said it was fine and just gave me the sauce. This locations employees definitely tries to take advantage of their customers to pocket extra cash. 3 sauces is 2.97 but she still charged me $4 and then said it still wasn’t enough until I went back and forth with her. This location is extremely unprofessional.
