I live in Palm Bay Fl. 200 miles from this location. My account was hacked, someone used my points to pay for an order here on Monday 2/16/2026. I called this store when I got the email. The employee I spoke with said the owner would issue a ticket on Tuesday 2/17/2026 and I would receive a call back Tuesday afternoon. I still haven’t received a call, I’m still out of my points. Corporate has been no help because “it has to be initiated by the restaurant “ my local Moe’s is no help here in Weat Melbourne Fl. We are no longer a Moe’s family! This is unacceptable by this restaurant according to Moe’s corporate!

I went to moes and ordered a white chicken burrito with cheese, black olives, guacamole, white chicken , onions, tomatoes, rice, and black beans. Got some moes sauce and a couple of other sauces. They have some good sauces there! The young lady that made my burrito was super awesome! I had a good experience at moes and would recommend this location.

I ordered on their app which was seamless, and had someone else pick it up for me with no confusion. Order was accurate, ready on time, and well-packaged. My crunchy taco shells were still actually crunchy when I opened them up a good 40 minutes later, which is unheard of! The food was super fresh and there was plenty of it. Salad pictured was *after* I had already eaten to the point that I was stuffed (and hadn’t even touched the tacos yet).

I come to this location quite often. I have noticed service and food quality has gone downhill over the last several months. Workers act inconvenienced if they have to refill ingredients so they just give you less. For example, I literally got 4 black beans on my stack today and the girl was irritated that I asked for more. She also noticed a foreign object (it looked like chicken) on the black bean spoon and held it to the side with her finger so it didn’t go in my food. But then dropped it back into the black beans. Three of sauces on the bar were completely empty. I asked the cash register employee if he could refill the chipotle ranch. He said he thinks they ran out of all of that. He reluctantly went in the back to double check and found some to refill it. The rice has also been super old and clumpy on my last several visits.

A little pricey for a taco salad basket, although worth it because you can have salad done your way. Big assortment of ingredients and there are other items on the menu. Also free chips and salsa. Easy access n parking. Friendly staff, very clean place. We really enjoyed eating there.

So I seriously drive 20 mins for Moe’s to be given food without any meat. As a matter of fact, I ordered double meat. And absolutely nothing is on this bowl!!!!! I’m still trying to wrap my mind around this. Please spot the chicken and the extra chicken I ordered for $18 dollars. Because I definitely can’t spot it.

Although they were very busy they greeted us as we walked in and let us know the wait would be a little longer than usual. Everyone was very friendly even though they were working under pressure and in the heat. I don’t think the air conditioner was working because it was so hot. We decided to eat at home since it was too warm. The food was fantastic, we had burritos and the kiddo had a cheese quesadilla.
