I would give this place zero stars if I could, it’s in a busy plaza so expect to have a problem parking or park on the side street. I used to go here for a long time but after they remodeled a few years ago and took out the tables and places to sit and there is no place to plug in your laptop, and the bathroom is *weird*… but after the last time I remember why I rarely go here…because the people working there are RUDE AND NASTY! One girl the one with bright red hair, if she is there just don’t bother because she would rather be on her phone instead of helping you, and acted like I was bothering her because I wanted to order. And on top of that when I got home my wife’s drink was wrong. She is allergic to chocolate and ordered a white mocha but they gave her a regular mocha and I am so mad I spent $7 on a drink we threw out. This Starbucks is THE WORST!!!

I rarely ever leave reviews. But the staff here are horrible. Because I’m Indian they kept assuming I’m there to pick up an order. Ignored the hell out of me but made sure they said I can pick up door dash orders at the next register. Then proceeds to ignore me. Now the 3rd employee says what my door dash ordering I’m picking up. The racial assumption is ridiculous and they have no customer service- they seemed upset that I entered the store. I don’t recommend going here.

I don’t know what happened with this location but the staff are so nasty and rude. I was ordering a peppermint white hot chocolate for my son and they put me in for a white chocolate mocha. I said oh no not the espresso drink he’s a child it’s the white hot chocolate. They became very rude and nasty and was telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about. We just pulled off because it was not worth it. We have been going inside target for Starbucks. That location went downhill before this they constantly made my coffee incorrectly or when we were the only one they would say we have to wait 10 minutes for an Americano.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this location; the staff used to be nice. I tried to purchase whole bean coffee, and in the middle of the transaction, the barista just left me after she scanned the coffee bag. I was about to pay with my phone when she completely ignored me and began doing something else.

Ordered an iced matcha, it was chunky and undrinkable. I asked them to remake it for me, was given attitude, and The remade drink was even worse than the original. They also forgot my sandwich and once again gave me attitude when asked for it to be made.

Unprofessional and Racist Barista
I placed a mobile order through the Starbucks app, but when I arrived, the store’s doors were locked and a note said the lobby was closed, with drive-through service only. I could see my coffee sitting on the counter inside, so I went to the drive-through to pick it up.
When I told the barista my drink was already prepared on the counter, she responded very rudely, saying, “Next time you have to order at the drive-through.” There was no way for me to know the lobby was closed when I ordered, and the app didn’t provide any notice about it.
What made the experience worse was that she didn’t treat other customers the same way. Her attitude toward me felt discriminatory, and I left feeling very uncomfortable. If you are a person of color, please be aware that this location may not treat everyone equally.

miserable baristas. i’m in active labor and moving so my husband and i grabbed some coffee before unpacking. the usual i always get with extra cold foam and extra vanilla sweet cream to lighten it up and lessen the caffeine, but got met with an argumentative older woman. the drinks were extremely simple just wanted the extra cream put in there. as an actual barista and store manager at a real cafe, i cannot believe the lack of accountability for such a quick fix. if you hate your job, leave. simple.

How would you feel if you walked in and said hello to the cashier and they proceeded to tell you it will take 15 minutes at least to get your order. No hello, no apology for the wait, just this is how it’s going to be. Compounded by me being only two in the store. Come on Starbucks, haven’t you heard of customer service especially at your prices?

Today I was served a disgusting, clumpy and bitter matcha latte. I asked my partner to take care of it because a week prior I watched the same employee pour whole milk into my matcha that was supposed be to be coconut milk. I am not a picky person but watching this girl mess up my drinks multiple times is not okay with me. My girlfriend politely asked for a different drink to be made. The employee was slamming things around, talking smack with her employees and kept stating “This is how they look” and arguing before making a new drink. Never have I received such a disgusting beverage at any Starbucks location. The customer service is insanely horrible. As a fellow customer service worker, I would never give someone such a hard time about my own mistakes. I will no longer be returning to this location.

Today, October 3rd, between 4:00 pm, I went to Starbucks on Delaware and the Kenmore was working as a Door Dash and had gone to pick up an order to deliver, I needed to go to the bathroom and I asked the supervisor if I could go and she told me that I had to buy something to use the bathroom. I told her that I was picking up an order as a Door Dash driver and she told me that Door Dash drivers were not allowed to use the bathroom. I have seen that Supervisor on several occasions speaking to customers with a bad attitude and bad manner, I felt very offended and at the same time discriminated against for refusing to let me use the bathroom, in addition to being Hispanic and not speaking perfect English. This is illegal in the state of NY, I have already documented myself. I filed a complaint with Starbucks customer service. I hope they take action against that Supervisor who leaves Starbucks with a very bad image and reputation.
