The young cashier/server was great, courteous, efficient, helpful. However his manager, selena, was the complete opposite. She rudely interrupted us, as the cashier was taking our order. Personally, I’d have promoted the cashier to manager on the spot. You could tell he had a goodhead on his shoulders and will promote quickly.

Our Cinnabon balls were burnt and hard. They got my order wrong. I asked for a grilled cheese burrito and I got a chicken burrito with lettuce in it. I also requested a beef crunchy taco and got chicken… The substitute for chips and cheese instead of cinnamon twists cost $1.30 that was a rip off too. Sad to say this is my most disappointing meal at Taco Bell ever and I don’t know if it’s forgivable.

WEIRD! There was a dog walking around the restaurant almost going into the kitchen several times. Off work employee left dog in the men’s bathroom and women’s a few times.. several employees also went into the bathroom to see dog and employee in the bathroom. Didn’t see them washing hands after seeing dog.. also other employees were handed pack of cigarettes into the kitchen. Maybe avoid this location..

I bought group meals on Halloween. All the tacos were soggy, the wrapping was sticky, and the other food was too hard to touch without a ton of napkins! How can you guys make tacos so badly that the filling pops out? As soon as we opened the wrapper, all the food and juices spilled out and everyone’s clothes got terribly dirty! What is the general manager teaching them about how to make it? They should properly instruct their employees! I happened to go to Taco Bell this time, and this is what I got!

I would’ve given this five stars but they’ve been slipping as of late. I used to come here all the time but of the last 3 times I’ve gone they’ve only gotten my order correct once. I’m very understanding if you’re out of a certain product but then just let me know at the drive up window. Don’t just substitute without asking me. They aren’t rude or bad otherwise but I’m getting frustrated with not receiving the food I ordered.

I was here about two weeks ago and realized after getting home that my order was messed up. I called the store directly to complain. I was asked my name and told I’d have a credit for a meal the next time I came in. I was just there tonight and they couldn’t find any record for my free meal.

I tried to call to speak to a manager, it rang through, they hung up, and then took the phone off the line when I tried calling again.
This is the has to be the WORST possible Taco Bell location. Absolutely disgusting.
Will not be returning. Expecting a full refund.
