Omg! The two guys that worked last night were awesome! I haven’t had hardly any good customer service anywhere…this was the best customer service ive had in a long time !! Wow you two guys bought my food to me with a smile, eye contact and wishing me happy holidays it was unbelievable! As I drove away I was telling everyone and still today im telling everyone about the wonderful service!!! Thank you keep being awesome

Anthony, the manager, is the worst person I’ve encountered in my life. Bad people skills, he’s very aggressive, he looks like he’s ready for a fight when we asked what deals are available for that day and he didn’t explain well, he looked down on my husband like he’s nothing. I called KFC after that encounter and they just apologized for his behavior and said goodbye. Go to a different location. There are other deserving employees for that manager title. I don’t know how upper management allows his behavior towards customers and he still gets to “manage” that location.

I just spent almost $80 in the drive thru waited 20 mins for my food to be done which was totally ok and when I called in to let them know they forgot my potato wedges they said what would you like me to do about that ?? I said maybe could you refund my card for that amount ? Then the very rude person who answered the phone I believe who was the manager replied well how would you like me to do that without your card ?? And hung up on me worst customer service I’ve ever had and i genuinely feel for the employees if that is their boss she was very rude for absolutely no reason .

I went in for the Chicken fried steak and it was so hard it took me a minute to cut each piece. Additionally I asked for extra gravy and they still served my potatoes with only a a couple teaspoons of it.

This KFC has earned my business back. I ordered an 8 piece meal with sides and biscuits. They were missing the biscuits from my order. I normally wouldn’t have went back, but when I called the manager was understanding and respectful. When I got there, he threw in a few extras for coming back. I will be returning soon and often. Thanks

I just left there with a three-piece two thighs one drum original recipe and 2 sides and a biscuit. It’s obvious the chicken’s been sitting in the window under a heat lamp for awhile all 3 pieces were dry and not juicy at all…the biscuit was hard as a rock and crumbled into dry pieces… I rarely get KFC but I was craving it and didn’t feel like cooking tonight…I haven’t been here in about a year… Then I see on the ordering app when I got home that I could have got a five piece for two for the same price 15 bucks… the order taker should have mentioned it….really disappointed… whoever owns this franchise you need to go undercover and see what is happening with your staff and your product… Without us buying your products you have nothing.

Nope. Asked half and half original and crispy.. only got original. No gravy with the mash potatoes. Lady at cashier was not very verbal and just told me to wait at parking space one…to wait for all original instead of half and half plus no gravy

After leaving my doctors appointment, I stopped at KFC to grab dinner for the family, which was a big order. After speaking to a worker there my understanding he was the manager there by the name of Jonathan. I just need to give him hi-five very seldom for fast food You’re always rushed with your order. Jonathan is awesome being an elderly person, I was truly treated with respect, and was asked several times if that was all I needed. He was so polite and very caring. I just want to also let him know that he is doing a “Great Job” The food was delicious and everything I ordered was there.

I had to go back to KFC after I arrived home because I wasn’t given my full order. And they were way under staffed, so I had to wait longer than usual to get the food is was shorted. This location could use some extra people.
