I have to be completely honest this was my first time here I was told by 2 different people they have good sandwiches I have to say I was very disappointed especially because it was very slow when I came in around 3:45ish I would think they have time to put extra love into it but nope there was very little meat in it I got the piamonte special it was very bland I might as well have been eating a subway sandwich I am a sandwich guy and this was one of the worst I’ve had in a while..

It pains me not to give 5 stars! I love, love, love Piemonte’s going so many years now. I live in Clovis so every time I’m in the Tower area, I treat myself to a sandwich. They never disappoint…except for today. I ordered my usual turkey avocado only to find out it was literally half the thickness as it had been in the past. I was able to touch my thumb and middle finger completely around the sandwich and it was a large! I usually eat half so I can take the rest for lunch the next day but that’s no longer an option. I’d gladly pay a couple dollars more for a regular sized sandwich. It is a great product. Please fix this! I’ll likely give them another shot the next time I’m in Tower, they’ve been great for so long.

I’m so disappointed in your meatballs!! Too much pepper in them. We purchased 18 of them to serve tonight for my husbands birthday dinner. They have always been delicious, but this time too spicy for my guests. I guess I better start making mine again. Sorry, I won’t be back.

Bought a piece of cheese cake, although it tasted very good, the two tiny pieces were not worth $5.99. I thought I’d get a decent slice for that much. This wasn’t what I expected or wanted. Shame on them for not being honest about the size of the slice!!!!

The first time I came to piemonte’s I was 14 yrs old, my parent opened FRESNOS RIB RACK in 1977, we used to barter n trade our food with all the locals.Tower District never disappointed. I visited Piemonte’s many times thru the yrs now 50 yrs later, finding out its not the original owners, however, my Piemonte’s special, just how I remember as a teenager, to all the negative reviews what do you expect from a $7.50 samich ? mine was beaurtiful, service was lovely while I reminessed with the pleasant young lady that took my order and the maker brought it out to me personally! If I could give more ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆’s I will Tower District is definitely different, but the VIBE remains the same.

I went today for the first time to get my husband lunch and I got their popular sandwich for him and myself and their potato salad. My husband and I agreed it’s absolutely delicious and better than any sandwich restaurant. It’s an absolute must. Definitely am going again ❤️

I came in on Tuesday; Oct. 8, 2024 at first service was not so bad after once I had gotten my sandwiches.
So the sandwiches use to be so good. I’ve come here since I was younger growing up & now that I’m older I still come once in awhile.
After this day I will not be back thank you to Maddie, her wonderful customer service. She made a comment to another employee just because I asked for extra lettuce.
First off I paid for the extra lettuce. Maddie checked me out but the other lady who was nice enough to get the side of lettuce had been polite.
Maddie made a facial expression saying how I wanted a refund just because the sandwich didn’t have extra lettuce.
I confronted Maddie mentioning how rude it is to speak about a customer right in front of the person.
Well thankfully the other employee again apologizing for the inconvenience.
I apologize but the sandwiches are just not the same as from when I grew up & now. The lettuce as well is not shredded anymore it’s just chopped up.
