I’ve never got the appeal of these. Everyone in Anderson says they’re the best but they taste like old still donuts every single time I have ever had them. No matter what time of the day I come in. Plus one time I got their biscuits and gravy and they literally just took a bowl of gravy out of the fridge and put it in the microwave. How amazing to have a microwaved gravy. I seriously seriously seriously do not understand the hype of these very terrible donuts

SEE PICS: Our 2 jelly donuts were dried out and had NO filling! The glazed yeast are only glazed on the outside and not on the top or bottom..weird. Unfortunately, we weren’t overly impressed with any of the specialty donuts ordered. With such a variety of donuts ordered, I expected a box, instead they tried to pack them all into a sack. That’s understandable for a couple of donuts or an order of all glazed, I had to ask for a box and even offered to pay for a box. Tip: people like to see specialty donuts in a box and who wants multiple people digging thru a sack? Unfortunately, I doubt we will give this place a second try. The cake donut holes were good, but overpriced.

I was disappointed with the service my fiancé received from one of your employees this morning. When he asked a question about a sticker, the employee responded in a sarcastic tone, implying that he should have known the store was closed for 27 weeks due to the fire. My husband didn’t deserve to be spoken to in that manner. We’re loyal customers who have supported your business through tough times, but the way he was treated has lost your business for us. In the future, a simple “Yes, the stickers cost [price]. Would you like to purchase one?” would have gone a long way. I hope you’ll consider addressing the customer service issues with your staff.

I’m not sure why I have issues each time I go which is like twice a year. This time was the worst though where the chocolate frosted donuts were placed upside down in the bag which caused the chocolate frosting to stick to t bottom of the bag. Your people need training on donut placement.

I can certainly see why they have been voted the best donuts in the county! Even getting these donuts in the afternoon, they are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The worker behind the counter was extremely fast and efficient getting each we called out into the box and was very polite as well. WE WILL ABSOLUTELY BE BACK! My personal favorites so far are the Bavarian, the maple and the lemon donuts in particular!

Stopped by one morning before work and got some donuts. Not from Anderson, but drive there occasionally and see this place. One thing I think is helpful is the donuts inside the case. Do NOT count towards a dozen. It is only the donuts on the wall that count. I had the glazed Cinnamon roll and the maple Cinnamon roll, not included in the dozen, and they were good. It’s very fluffy and has lots of flavor, and they are big. The donuts in the dozen are mostly cake ones and smaller, bunch of different flavors.

we went in and got biscuits and gravy. it was dated for 7/3 while that could be the day they packed it like the worker said we still didn’t like it. so we ate it anyways but my brother got into his second cup of gravy there was blue in the gravy..
the worker seemed new so maybe that’s why she said that was the day it was packaged and not the expire day.
the jelly donut also tastes like it was cooked in old oil and gnats flew over the donuts…
they bake the donuts the night before so they sit out all night and the newer donuts don’t get put out until 5pm the next day. my friend works there and told me that.
