Took my kids here for years, but recently they went down hill. Place was dirty. Was not like round table vibes. Was like a random pizza place vibes. Tables were all dirty and couldn’t use them. Salad bar was nasty. Food wasn’t good. Asked for refund they refused. Waste of money. Waste of a cool pizza spot. I’ll never go back. Kids are broken hearted. This wasn’t a one time thing. Customer service was bad. And I dont even write bad reviews. They deserve it.

Great pizza buffet with lots of fresh options! The pizzas were hot, flavorful, and constantly being refilled. Loved the variety from classic pepperoni to specialty pizzas. Okay we had a great time in old Sacramento, we stopped by Round table. The Pizza is Great, quality ingredients. Salad bar was fresh and the customer service was mid I’d give it a five. We got a large pizza ,12 wings , 4 drinks and 3 salads $105.00 eating out is not the same.

Had an amazing experience at Fresh Pizza! The buffet was full of fresh, hot, and delicious pizzas.The salad bar was crisp and fresh, and everything tasted great. The place was clean, smelled amazing, and had a really nice atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always checking to make sure we were happy. Plus, there are lots of fun games for kids, which makes it a perfect spot for families. Definitely coming back again!

honestly, really good. The crust was thin and crispy, but still soft enough in the middle. Sauce tasted fresh, not too sweet, and the cheese was super melty without being oily. I got the Margherita and a veggie slice—both were packed with flavor. Place felt chill, staff was nice, and the food came out fast. Definitely going back.

This used to be my favorite pizza place in all of Sacramento, even it being a chain, the location made it feel special to home. The last few years the quality has gone down tremendously while the prices keep going up. I’d be okay with paying these new prices if the service/atmosphere matched. Half the time I come in now the restaurant is absolutely filthy, tables sticky and dirty, floors covered in trash, even dirty dishes served with our food. The other half of the time I come in I end up leaving after 15+ minutes because i don’t see a single person in the restaurant, no staff in sight. It’s frustrating because this spot could be amazing if the owners would properly staff the place. It’s obvious you guys are always running on a skeleton crew and its making me choose the other pizza spots close by.

WARNING DO NOT EAT AT THIS FILTHY ROUND TABLE! We were here for the theater of light event last week and we came to this location to have dinner with family members from out of state the food was over cooked also other orders were undercooked they took so long I had to keep going up to ask where’s the food was and when I walked up I noticed a male and female possibly husband and wife prepping and making pizzas without gloves going from the register to kitchen without washing their hands the floors were filthy like they have never cleaned the since they first opened the business the salad bar and everything about the restaurant is unsanitary the whole restaurant was filthy from top to bottom I noticed well trying to eat burnt garlic twists the second order came half done they had 1 employee doing all running and she did not seem to be worried about the customers at all the bathrooms were filthy beyond disgusting the garbage can was so full you couldn’t put anymore inside it and the odor was foul I don’t recommend this place to anyone I think it should be reported to the health department I’m going to attempt to do that myself

This was my first time coming round table pizza and I had great experience. The place was nice with the cool light show that create a fun atmosphere. The service was friendly and fast and the whole visit was enjoyable. Definitely come back again.

I came with a friend for the lunch buffet. Arrived a few minutes after opening. After paying, we sat and waiting for the pizza to be out before even getting salad.
25 minutes in, three pizzas emerged. Pepperoni, combo and Hawaiian. Got a slice of each and salad. The salad bar was sad, wilty, slimey, stale, old. Salad was brownish, chickpeas were slimey, beets tasted odd, croutons stale, broccoli brown, ect ect.
The pizza wasnt that hot for “just coming out”, Canadian bacon tasted off, combo wasnt cooked long enough, Pepperoni was best out of the three.
1 hour after being there, once the pizza had been gone for some time, three more pizzas came out – same kinds. The Pepperoni, again was the best. 15 minutes later, we asked if bread sticks were coming out.. I dont think they intended on making them. A while later, we got them. That was the best part of the entire meal. They were hot and delicious.
This place sucked. I would never come back here and I would tell others to steer clear of this round table. There are way better locations out there.

I placed my order at 5:05pm, I called to let them know the drive has to call me so I can come down to get the pizza as my apartment complex has no public entrance. I called at 6pm to check on my order that was promised at 5:44pm. It’s now 6:30pm and I called to speak to the manager same person that answered my calls. She explained delivery is taking longer than usual but I was never told in all the calls I made. I asked for a refund and she refused to give it to me. Said the driver is 5 min away. It’s now 6:40pm still no pizza. I guess I will need to complain to their corporate office. SMH so disappointed in them.
