I am so glad to see the big guy with the big Afro back there!(not to be rude) I believe his name is g he said . I just want to stop on here and say. I really hope that young man stays there. Because when I say he really loves his job. I come there 3 days out of the week just to see him. He makes you feel like you are at home. His personality is just out this world. It is very hard to find that in a restaurant business people that actually care especially around this area. Before he came I never came here because employees were always rude. But I have two daughters that go to longwood. They informed me that you all had hired some new people. So I gave it a try and I’m glad I did . I hope you all don’t let that employee walk honestly you will lose my service.

Sometimes everything here is hot and fresh and on point. Other times fries are cold bo bites are over cooked hard. That’s the same at just about every fast food location but some try harder to correct mistakes and make the customers feel valued . The lobby is big with plenty of seating. The parking lot is big and easy to access from the road. Not sure of the lady manager that runs the shift caertain days/nights but she has glasses when she is there she is on point if there’s a problem or issue she fixes it right then and there and makes the customer feel valued while remaining completely professional.

This is by far the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. The service was next to none. Got 2 5pc chicken select boxes and it was $32. At that price you would think they would fix you fresh food. Well I got old dry chicken, cold sides, and biscuits I could use as hockey pucks. I will not be going there again.

waited for 5 mins for service. (not really the employees fault there were only 4 of them at 5:30ish on New Years Eve. and a line of customers. Then we waited while others behind us were given their food first. When we finally asked why, The Employee said it would take 20mins for chicken. When we asked for a refund. The employee read our ticket, realized the back line had never been informed and handed us our food within 3 mins. A restaurant cannot operate on 4 people, we did pass 1 more going in as we were headed out it is unbelievable that someone thought this was a good idea. Management needs to be held accountable for this.

This Bojangles location is very welcoming and inviting. The food today was served hot and fresh. It tasted delicious! All staff interactions were positive. The shift leader Iris even came to our table to ask if she could help take away anything for us. Another staff person also asked if she could help me find anything, and she got me some mustard packets. I filled out a survey on a prior receipt and received and buy one get one free sausage biscuit. I recommend visiting this Bojangles!
