Very tasty food and great staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and on point. The service really made the experience enjoyable.
The only downside was the portion of sausage. It was surprisingly small, basically none compared to what I expected. If that portion was a little more generous, it would have been a perfect visit.
Overall, still a solid stop and I would go back.

Food was great and it was nice to see a team working together. However, our waitress kinda forgot about us until we called out for her. Not bad and I’ll definitely be going back again, but if you can make the drive to the one in Williamsport, definitely do so

I order a bacon eggs cheese biscuit sandwich bacon was not cooked properly sandwich was super sloppy! Part of the egg shell left on the sandwich. Should have checked it before I left! Tried calling answering service that doesn’t connect you with anyone!

Stoped here a few times over the years.Located in Hagerstown so it’s near a lot of shopping and off interstate. Plenty of parking. It’s a usual spot of us because we are traveling through Hagerstown Maryland a lot. Great food. Always served really fast and always cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is always clean and in good condition. There is plenty of parking and easily accessible to everyone. The waffles are great as always and the breakfast is the best in town.

Surprised by how good it was! The waffle, while small, had a nice malt flavor. The prices are incredible. The options on what you can do to customize the hash browns are wild. I was surprised by how good the grits were. Also surprised by how fresh the hash browns tasted, I’m used to the frozen and overly salted pucks and this wasn’t like that at all! Staff was friendly and welcoming too.

Visited Waffle House in Hagerstown with a friend—classic diner vibes and friendly staff. The food was hot, fast, and just what we needed for a casual bite. Hash browns were a highlight! Our waitress was Morgan. She is so sweet and such a good waitress. I would recommend her to anyone. The food is simple and good. Fairly large portions for everyone that was in my group. It was very clean! They were kind enough to let my brother plug his phone in behind the juke box to charge. Everything was brought to us quickly and efficiently. I would definitely go back!!
