Five stars because of the service. The food and ice cream are exactly what one would expect at any dairy queen. The service at this location in particular is always fast and friendly. My order is always taken promptly and they have yet to mess up an order of mine.

Just visited with a bus full of high schoolers that were in town for a dance competition. Everyone had ordered and had their food/ ice cream in under 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and on their toes with all these teens ordering.

Waited all week to treat myself to the new snowdrifter blizzard. The window person didn’t tip it over, which I should have known meant it would suck. Its 9 degrees out and I somehow got melted ice cream

We were going to go to the ice cream festival at the old mill in Utica after a day of fun and adventure. There was only half an hour left but they still wanted $10 to park so we said that wasn’t worth it for just getting a cone. We ended up at this DQ and I had my first turtle pecan blizzard. It was really good and parking was free. I highly recommend free parking for ice cream. I like German chocolate blizzards more but not too many DQs remember what’s in them.

Dairy Queen is hands down my favorite fast food place to get a burger. The fries are solid. The other apps are excellent. Ice cream obviously is the best. The service at this particular location was great.

It’s definitely not the same as it used to be, we dined in, they messed up my order so I had to reorder, then after waiting on my food for half an hour I went up to question and noticed it wasn’t on the digital ordering board… Had to ask again but this time for it to be take out.. Eh probably won’t be back..

I just stopped to get a plain double cheeseburger and a large shake. They did not give the price when I placed the order. I gave a $10 bill to the kid at the window and he says “That ain’t enough bro.” $11.48 was the cost. Who you think you are, Wendy’s. At least their burger fills you up. Do better.

I usually take my dog through the drive through here, for ice cream. The staff knows him well and makes him cute little milk bone sundaes. The service is fast friendly and of course the ice cream is good.

Got into the line and it was an average line. Not expecting to wait over 30 minutes. Took 10 minutes just to take our order. They never asked for our order we had to pull to the window to tell them our order because they never took it. They have advertisements for using their app all over the place but when we used it they told us they didn’t take it there. I think it was because the workers don’t want to do anything but I digress. When we finally got our order I had ordered a cookie dough blizzard and they put so much cookie dough I didn’t even know if there was ice cream in it. I’m pretty sure I could have made several cookies with the dough that was in it. This isn’t even mentioning how expensive the blizzards have gotten. I could just get a half gallon at UDF. I would have to be dragged to go here again.
