Was there today at 3:01 and the system went down due to weather, that was okay and we waited. The problem was our food was cold and fries were hard like they had been at the bottom. Usually there food is always hot and great but today just not the day.

They left out part of my order in the drive thru and when I went back through the lady acted like I was inconviencing her and rudely handed me the rest of my order so from now on I’ll eat anywhere else but there on my lunch breaks. I’ll spend my money where it’s appreciated.

This is the best Burger King is the best in the area. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars for food or service is because often our order is slow and isn’t correct or hot. I will say they do a good job of making it right if they make a mistake though. Our kiddos love the massive play place. It has 7 slides and definitely lets them burn off some of that wild energy. It’s definitely a great place to spend the afternoon.

The food was pretty basic of any Burger King, but this place was nasty! We were stopping for a “quick” bite to eat on our way home from vacation and it took 30 minutes to get our food. I took my son into the bathroom for a diaper change, and there were 2 dirty diapers in a small trash can with paper towels everywhere along with it smelling horrible. In front of the beverage machine, there was water all over the place. Instead of cleaning it up, workers just put out wet floor signs. Trash was everywhere and trash cans were overflowing. Outside, trash was just left on tables and on the ground. The playground is very big and fun for my 2 year old, but I saw at least 5-6 roaches on the sidewalk and inside the mulch on the playground along with the outside gate being wide open. We will not be eating here again.

This was my first time at this location and I was impressed with the children’s area and how hot and fresh the food was. The service was impeccable as well. This is definitely one of the better BK locations I’ve been to.

This is the best bk I’ve been to in 5 states! We stopped as a scout troop and we even had kids taking pictures of the stylish decor!
They reported play ground was incredible too!

They’re so incredibly rude. Like if you don’t like it work somewhere else. I’m never rude but to plain ugly is crazy. It really needs to be addressed bc taking an order and being rude from the jump is insane
