The staff messed up my pick up order and absolutely refused to own up to it over the phone. I was yelled at by 2 people that work there (the one I was talking to on the phone and a bartender in the background). Very unprofessional encounter overall but I will give the owner some credit for calling me and being more understanding than her obnoxious staff.

Jo’s Joint is one of the best spots in Troy to go to and enjoy a night out, or to have a drink in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere on one of the slower days. Jo is amazing and so are all the other staff. A high-standing establishment!

Great atmosphere with even better people! Greeted with a big welcome from the staff when you walk in. Fair pricing and delicious drinks. Food is cooked to order, hot, fresh and consistent. As a loyal Margie’s customer I’m very happy Jo’s has opened. I stopped in for first time tonight and immediately felt at home. Bonus is there’s an appealing menu on top of the upgrades. I had the O Boys and a very good house Chardonnay. A new favorite place!

Jo’s Joint is an amazing little bar around the corner from Washington Park. Jo has literally transformed this place into a clean and welcoming little neighborhood bar. Recently she added completed the outdoor patio and we had an amazing luau themed party. Service and food was perfect. I love this little spot – reminds me of 2021 Cheers.
