Stopped by for lunch and had the a special consisting of a cup of Chili, fries and two chicken tenders. I believe the price was $10.99. The chili was good. I don’t usually like fries that have a batter on them, but I thought these were really good and would have them again. The chicken was cut thin and had an odd texture which could have been the “crust” but tasted really good. Service was good and I have really wanted to go back to get this again!

Madi was a very friendly and attentive server. She was welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu items. She even made my grand son super happy with her friendly personality. Our food came out hot and tasted delicious! You can’t go wrong with any of the burgers, especially the A1 Steak Burger and Stu’s Magic Mushroom Burger, or the Mombo Combo. That chicken Marinara is pretty tasty as well. It’s all so yummy. We have trouble choosing one thing and often order take home meals. My family and I have had many wonderful experiences at the Saraland Mugshots and will be returning very soon.

We came in for a quick bite to eat…we had the Turkey burger, Ceasar Salad, Pow Pow Shrinp and some wings. Overall – the Turkey burgers were good…I had to send one of them back due to the preparation, but they made it right. Ceasar Salad was fresh and delicious – Pow Pow shrimp was OK…was

Came in behind a couple who were seated right away. The place was mostly empty. I told the hostess I had 4 adults and a toddler and infant. Was told it was a 30 minute wait for a table. When I asked why so long when the restaurant was pretty empty she explained the kitchen was messing up had tonight. To me that is no reason to Make people have to wait 30 minutes to be seated. I will never go to this location again. If the kitchen is messing up that bad they need to hire a new staff or close the doors. Pure ridiculous!!

We had a very large group, and they were able to get us in and out with ease. The food was great and the service was outstanding. Russ took great care of us. They also handeled splitting our tickets and our tax excempt without any problems. Highly reccommend!

We visited 2/15/26. Would have gladly given a 4 star review had we not witnessed our waitresses grown (or close to it) son walk in and said waitress fix the man/boys underwear and shorts with her bare hands- I mean reach into the shorts y’all- then handle our tray/food 5 seconds later. If you have video footage of your hostess desk- you can watch between 4:30-4:45 pm and witness for yourself. We won’t be back.
