After being in the hospital for three days, getting chemotherapy A pepperoni stuffed crust pizza was the only thing that sounded good. They were out of regular pepperoni so they substituted the cupped pepperoni without asking. The cup pepperoni is very spicy and I can’t eat that without throwing up. Called to let them know was told I would get a new pizza. Got a callback saying that they would not resend a pizza because they have no drivers and it’s all going through DoorDash. I asked if they could please just send a cheese pizza. And they Refused. I have to wait until Friday when the manager is back in the store to deal with it. Just one small comfort item, One cheese pizza After they screwed up the order. We used to order weekly. I will not be ordering from here again. I cannot be around my family while going through chemotherapy. And I’m too weak to cook in the kitchen. So now I have to wait until Tomorrow for a warm meal and deal with eating dried Cheerios for the evening. The store doesn’t care

We are very disappointed in our experience. Our food was luke warm temperature. Our food had hair in the pizza and wings. When we went back to the store not even 10minutes later the staff refused to assist.
It took us 25minutes to be assisted. Note my family was the only group in there for 20 minutes of our wait until doordash drivers arrived. Then doordash drivers were assisted before my group. When we finally were helped our greeter 1) had hair untied 2) smelled strongly of Marijuana 3) had indecent provocative discriminating clothing no uniform
The atmosphere was unwelcoming. Used the rest room during our wait and bathrooms had no doorknobs and broken stalls. My son went to play on the pool tables while my girlfriend say watching him during our wait. We had an employee approach my girlfriend and son as i was exiting the restroom informing them that section was unable to be dined in. We informed them we weren’t dining in only waiting for our take out they still ordered her to move herself and our son claiming they don’t own part of their building and I shouldn’t have used their bathroom without permission even though I was a paying customer.
I truly have no idea how any company can charge $70 for five items, proceed to help people out of order, make an unbelievable wait time only to receive food that breaks health codes isn’t even hot, have employees that reek of drugs and wear the most unprofessional clothing.

Woman working the store at 11:15AM on a Thursday is extremely rude. Shows how the culture of this restaurant is.
She cancelled my order that | placed for pick up and then told me the code I used from a previous mistake was invalid be cause they “didn’t mess up” last time. However that code came from an online chat so they should have to honor it. I was charged for the item I paid for and was told that was refunded, I showed her the charge on my card and she said “well it should be refunded”. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this location just due to the overall way the employees behave towards customers, without customers they don’t have a paycheck. If you want to be treated like a burden order from here, otherwise go to papa johns.

Always great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Leyna was great! I recommend downloading the app. It’s Super convenient for both pick up and delivery. Also for perks like free pizza etc.

Ordered a pizza by phone. Took over an hour to get it. Pizza was lukewarm at best and was not in a warmer. Delivery person was rude…told us to heat it up in microwave. Order person was difficult to understand as she spoke broken English. No confirmation given for the pizza. Don’t recommend ordering from here again. Would like a refund or will go over supervisor to voice my opinion.

Horrible service. Had 3 employees walk by me without stopping to help. I frequent this location since I doordash often. The brunette “manager” is extremely rude everytime I’m in there. How is this your manager? She is TERRIBLE at her job and makes me (and clearly others that come into the store after reading the reviews) not want to order food here. I will start to decline dashing orders here due to wasting my time and taking 10 plus minutes to get my food even though its clearly ready. Time is money for me and you are wasting it.

Do NOT go to this place. Seriously. Waste of time and money. Not only is the general manager Karie rude as all hell but refused to refund an order after I called and said if I can bring back in the food that was made incorrectly and hard as a rock. Look at the photos and tell me these were made 20 minutes ago fresh?? Hard as a rock and flat as a piece of paper. Who refuses a refund when you’re willing to bring back in a pizza that wasn’t correct and breadsticks old as days. What a joke of a place. Shut this place down.

We love Pizza Hut pizza but don’t live in town. Honestly I don’t know how this restaurant stays in business for dine in, I’ve never had a good experience here. The food is exactly what you expect from Pizza Hut so that’s not the issue, it’s just that the staff is incredibly rude every time I’m here. One time the manager was screaming at an employee right behind the counter where everyone could hear for being late. Most recently we went in and the whole dine-in area was closed off and all they had available was two small tables that wouldn’t work for our family. We asked if we could pull another one over and were told no because that is the kids coloring table with Halloween decorations. It was less about the availability, I understand things come up, it was how rude the staff was about it. I guess we’ll stick with ordering for pick up, which I suppose was the desired effect since it’s easier for staff.

Ordered online over an hour ahead of time and selected a future delivery time. Order was 20 minutes late, room temperature, and was delivered by a 3rd party that I was not told would be used.

The dark haired woman working was extremely nasty to me. They made the wrong pizza and refused to remake it and would not give me my money back. She refused to give me her Managers name she said to come back tomorrow to speak to her manager and added “I promise you she is way worse than I’am” I don’t know how this store makes any money because They cant be getting repeating customers. This women yelled her name so loud that I couldn’t understand what her name was.Also I had my daughter with me and another customer standing there as well. I think she was annoyed that ppl came in because she was on her phone when We walked in. I have ordered delivery here many times and take out a few. We will never order from this location ever! The women working is vile and nasty and how does this devil keep a job! Domino’s doesn’t treat their customers like this. Must be fun to go to work not do their job and treat the community like crap!
