This Burger King on Ford Road in Canton is in rough shape. The restaurant looks extremely outdated—like it hasn’t been renovated since the 1980s—and overall it felt dirty.
The woman who helped us was actually very nice, which is the only positive thing I can say. The food itself was just okay.
What really ruined it was watching the guy prepping food for the drive-through. He had no gloves on and was repeatedly eating fries out of the same fry bin he was serving customers from. Meanwhile, the prep area for dine-in had gloves on, so he clearly just chose not to follow basic food safety rules.
Between the lack of cleanliness, outdated facility, and the hygiene issue, this place seriously needs management attention. I won’t be back.

High Tech Power Washing
Every single time I come here the food is perfectly made amazing. They even give you a box now and a wrapped whopper but the point is it’s always good and fresh and I appreciate this place very much. Also the lady that takes my order. She’s very nice from drive-through.

Before today I would have given it a 3 star. But today I sat at the drive through speaker for at least five minutes before anyone acknowledged me (no other cars in drive through and no customers inside). Once I got my food I pulled around front to check it and two items were made wrong. Went to go inside but all doors were locked, when employee finally came to door they took the food to remake and shut the door leaving me outside (it’s 20 degrees outside). When got home there was a nice sized hair in one of the things they remade and the sweet tea I ordered was regular tea. This place has been going down hill and I won’t be back. I use to go there enough that some of the employees knew me by the sound of my voice.

Want good night time grub? Come here. Every time I come here at night the food is hot and fresh and the night time crew is pretty nice and cool, they make sure your set. Recommend for a late night snack as the food is fresh everytime!!

As a vegetarian, I recently visited this Burger King and ordered a whopper with cheese, no meat, and extra veggies, along with an impossible whopper with cheese and extra veggies. Unfortunately, the food preparation and quality left much to be desired. We definitely didn’t get extra anything. The sandwiches seemed as if they had been lounging in the sun for a couple of hours, and the onion rings were about as crisp as a wet noodle.
But hey, at least the customer service was on point. The employees were nicer than a cat video, and they made every effort to make my order right. They had the patience of a saint, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience.
Overall, while the food was a bit of a letdown, the customer service was the real MVP here. They were the shining stars of my visit, and definitely made up for the lackluster food. So if you’re going to hit up this Burger King, make sure you bring your limited taste buds, but also be prepared to meet some seriously awesome people!

This was not my first bad experience at this burger king but when we pulled up to the speaker, the person taking our order, i think his name was alfred, he was mumbling his speech a lot and was hard to understand. When we asked for 2 sprite and 2 cokes they just gave is cokes. We asked for a whopper plain with cheese and gave us a regular whopper that was NOT plain. On top of that the person at the window was not welcoming and when i asked what the total was again he rolled his eyes and had a attitude. When he gave us our drinks it was was mostly ice and tasted watered down. When we got our food it was not warm. Whoever the man is whos taking orders at 9 pm needs to learn how to do his job and needs to learn how to be more respectful to guests because out visit was very unpleasant. This will be the last time we visit this burger king.

My bun was burnt black and hard and when I took the good in to show them the 2 employees that worked the sandwich and bagging station smirked liked they knew were super I came back and immediately wanted to throw the burnt one and replace the sandwich and made it the proper way even warmed it up unlike usual but anyways my last time ever coming here
