Good energy at this Restaurant in Davenport, Autograph Collection Hotel, in Spokane Valley. It would have been nice if they had a breakfast buffet. The service was excellent, the food reasonsonable. The hotel ambience with the Safari theme was refreshing amidst the city bustle. The room amenities were comfortable. One safety feature lacking was grab bars in the bathroom, absent marking on the shower to show hot and cold water. Spacious and ornate entrance lobby.

My wife and I tried the hotel restaurant because we were given a $20 voucher at check-in. We’ll be coming back after having the best meal of our trip. The meal, dessert, and drinks were quite reasonably priced. Our waitress was also outstanding.

Spent NYE 2025 with family and friends at the Davenport Towers and the Safari Room was very convenient and plenty of space for 8 of us but we were there early enough. I heard the happy hour menu/ drinks there is top notch and of course, they have the famous Sean Farnham flat bread that is a must to try! Go Zags!

I took my daughter in for a birthday treat and a bit of food.
This is a beautiful restaurant inside a beautiful hotel with an obvious tiger exotic cat theme to it.
The service took forever. It took us 15 minutes to get a glass of water, that was after she took our food order.
I got fried green tomatoes.
They were under salted and slightly under cooked. The presentation was nice.
( I am from Alabama and have been eating them my entire life)
I had the tortilla soup or something to that effect. I was disappointed they did not include any type of bread or tortillas. The beans were under cooked in the soup and it was just ehhh. The presentation was not appetizing
My daughter had chicken fingers and fries. They were ok.
She told us there was a free dessert for birthdays, I had the lemon sorbet and my daughter wanted Ice cream.
The only reason I am giving 3 stars is the presentation and skillfully put together sorbet. It was delicious and my daughter soon stole my sorbet lol.
The server brought the check before the dessert, Then forgot to comp the dessert and had to rerun my card.
They were understaffed on server’s, so I will give her that.
Fundamental 101 mistakes were made and this comes from a guy, that works and has worked in the service industry and bar industry for 25 years.
I just believe she needs a bit more training, She was super sweet though. I could tell she didn’t really have any help as well so I’m not throwing it all on her.
I am throwing it on management for allowing such basic mistakes to occur as of the place was not even remotely busy there may have been 4-5 tables total including us.
I tipped her like 33% because I felt bad for her. Not to mention everybody needs to tip servers more, believe me I’ve been there and done that.
The pricing was reasonable. I just expected a bit more from such a nice place inside such a beautiful hotel.
If I go back it will definitely be for the sorbet. Although they did have an antelope burger that looked tasty and exotic.

Great service! They don’t take reservations, but our party of eight was accommodated immediately. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I was disappointed by the food. I wanted the smoked lion’s mane mushroom burger – sounds different, right? – and the mushrooms needed more time in the smoker (so disappointed; I wish they had anticipated the time needed). Instead I ordered the chickpea burger, but it was really drab (needs some Mediterranean spices). I’ve really enjoyed my food in the past, so I’m hoping this was just an off day? Sigh.

Service is pretty great! Just the tomato basil soup and the southwestern bowl is too salty to me. In room dining experience is great!

This was the worst food ever. The French onion soup had NO cheese on it, and it was lukewarm and tasted straight from a can. The blue cheese burger trio came out as 2 sliders because apparently they hadn’t updated the menu. The burgers were burnt, and there was no semblance of blue cheese at all. This tasted worse than cafeteria food. On the plus side, our server was very nice and the ambience was very lovely.

The desserts were incredible, delicious signature cocktails, the atmosphere is swanky/casual, our server was unfortunately not the greatest. We ordered sliders and she dropped them off with no garnish or sauces and ran off.

The food and drinks were quite good, the staff was pleasant if busy, but we caught the restaurant before opening and were forced to sit out in the wide open lobby instead of in the booths in the lounge area because we had our kids with us. This was not all ideal for my hard of hearing son, nor did I love eating while people walked by with their luggage looking at us literally feet away.
