I love Hat Creek for all of their gluten free options. It’s so nice to be able to enjoy fast food, especially fried because not a lot of places offer fried gf options. I wanted to give a shout out today to the manager, Jazz, at the Roanoke location. She is always so friendly and helpful. Today I placed an order and realized I forgot my credit card. I tried using Apple Pay, but couldn’t get it to work. Jazz was so understanding and told me I can have her meal that she gets for the day. I couldn’t believe the kindness. This little act of kindness meant so much to me and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Hands down the best fast food and Jazz is amazing.

Glad we discovered this place. Not a big Menu, but plenty to choose from. I got the Cowboy Burger with Fries and Strawberry Shake. It was very good. The shake was too thick to drink. Had to get a spoon and eat it. Husband got the Southwest Burger with Fries and Chocolate Shake. We tried the Hat Sauce. It’s so good. We tried the Happy Sauce. It was good. Then we tried the Fry Sauce. It was good. My only complaint would be, the tables and chairs were very sticky

The playground is perfect! We ate in the covered outdoor area, and were able to watch the children from our table. Nice breeze kept is comfortable in the 80° weather. The paleo bowl was delicious!

Burgers 16+$= poor quality. My Daughter ordered a Veggie.buger that was nothing but mushy beans and corn. Southwest Salad made with dried out cold hard chicken. Fake cheese and old salad. Girl at register not very engaged. Hat Creek has gone to crap. Overpriced and poor quality. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Just drove through the drive thru and got a small burger and tater tots. Got home and started taking my items out of the bag and it’s full of grease. The tater tots were full of grease and inedible. Kind of disappointing because I’ve had this same meal there several times and it’s usually very good. Not sure I will ever drive thru again.

First time at Hat Creek and incredibly impressed! I’m gluten free and my husband took me here because I hadn’t been able to have a fried chicken sandwich in years. 1000/100. I also couldn’t get over how clean everything was! Will definitely be coming back!

I don’t even know where to start with this place! As soon as you walk in your met with laid back and freindly employees ready to serve you. The indoor sitting area is clean and the chairs are quite comfortable. The two outdoor sitting areas are a peaceful place to hang out with your friends, or just you and your burger. Speaking of the burger it was amazing. Starting at the bun (I picked the gluten free option) it was like biting in to a cloud. Perfectly chewy but still fluffy. The patties were perfectly cooked and juicy, and the cheese was melted into the patties and bun. I would definitely recommend this and come again.
