Decent place to get Asian food around the area. Good flavor for the chicken, not the best flavor and texture for the noodles. Lots of chicken/meat options so that’s a plus. Panda Express is better.

We took our students on a field trip and stopped by the food court to eat. Me and some of the students settled for PEI WEI Asian. After sitting down to eat, I picked up some orange chicken on my fork and a long piece of hair was wrapped around my orange chicken. Took the plate back and they fixed me another plate. Guess what? Hair was in that orange chicken as well. When I took my plate back the second time and asked for some of my money back (I didn’t ask for the entire $18 back because I did eat the fried rice, half of the egg roll, and drank my tea), the guy had the nerve to try to tell me that the hair in the food was mines. Even though the hair was cooked in the breading and my hair was a totally different color and shorter than that strand of hair. He said the hair wasn’t his because his hair is cut short, but I didn’t see any of the workers in the back with hair nets on. I settled for a refund of $8 and left. I will never eat there again.

I ran in and picked up a plate to -go, with an egg roll around 4pm. When I got to the car, I ate the egg roll, which was good. However, the smell from my plate was atrocious. The broccoli was apparently bad. Just plain nasty. I took one bite of the rice and closed it up. I Took it back in and got my money back but paid for egg roll. Not a good experience. The young lady was kind and said it had been sitting out for a while. It was no where near the quality that Mandarin Express always provided. I Won’t be back. I don’t recommend Pei Wei. Instead, Go to BestWok down the street, for fresh Chinese food.

The chicken tasted old like it was reheated from the previous day.
Firecracker Shrimp was overcooked and way too done.
Broccoli looked old and yellow, and was cold when we got to the table.
Bottled water was not cold.

The food is good but the girl that works behind the counter is rude and unprofessional as hell. She’s always rude and needs to be fired. I was standing at the register waiting to pay for my food when she left the counter, didn’t say a word. The other worker had to check me out. They need a lesson on customer service.
