Hello 🙂 I went to the drive through with my two other friends February 28th at around 8:30pm and was greeted with nothing but disrespect! We greeted the person who was going to take our ordered and asked to split it into three so we can all pay separately. She told us “I’m not doing that I’m too busy right now.”. We thought she was joking because it’s simply just taking the three items and putting them on separate bills so we proceeded to ask if she was being serious. She then told us that she’s not doing that again. Personally, if I’m treated with that kind of attitude and behavior I don’t want to buy anything from you. As we left the drive through without ordering or eating, we see there’s literally only three cars in the line. I’ve never had any issue anywhere doing separate orders in drive through and don’t understand how much more difficult it is. I wish we were treated nicer.

How the mighty have fallen… Almost like a McDonald’s, just can’t come anymore it’s so bad. Most food places (including where I work) have policies of accountability, but when they messed up my order they wouldn’t make it right because “it has to be right then and there for a remake” (I was in a hurry when I ordered and didn’t get a chance to see their mistake until I got home so I came in the next day and was rudely turned away). If you want to charge an arm and a leg, provide at least SOME value in return, and be accountable. The associates are as good as it gets for a place that underpays and overworks a bunch of kids, so I’ll give them a pass for the below average service (though I will say that Nevaeh, among other associates, has been super positive and reliable every time I go there). Overall the place is just a shell of what it once was.

very very weird manager went in just to get a pack of dilly bars, my sister asked who i assume was the manager (older guy with a dq button up on) if they had any of the valentines cupcakes he said no, which was fine we were taking a chance and knew they were probably gone, she said okay, just okay nothing else, his response to that was “its sunday the cake makers are at church because they need to repent.” we thought he was joking until we realized he wasn’t laughing at all… it did feel targeted towards us but honestly what did his workers do to him to deserve that. it overall felt very weird to bring religion in when dairy queen has stated they have no religous affiliation…

Typical somewhat dated dairy queen. Clean restaurant, staff was all very kind and welcoming. With one group ahead of us we did not have much of a wait to place our order or receive our food. We ordered a Flamethrower Burger, Mint Brownie and Reese’s blizzards. The blizzards were good as expected, burger wasn’t horrible, could just use a lot of improvement. Will definitely return and recommend.

UPDATE: After this review they asked me to give them another try and I did, BIG MISTAKE! Again I ordered the Peanut Buster Parfait. And again no peanuts and when I asked for more the lady was so rude and disrespectful! I had 3 peanuts my first layer of hot fudge, 8 the next and a few more at the bottom! Another note, I ordered a small chocolate dipped cone at the DQ in Delano, It’s the same size as a large at this DQ!! And the servers there are pleasant and smile and thank you for your business! Won’t get that here! NEVER AGAIN!
Portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller! I remember when I used to order a peanut buster parfait, the ice cream filled the cover and you had so many peanuts!! Now you hardly get any peanuts and should you ask for extra, you’d think you were asking for gold for how rude the servers act. The last young man was not friendly at all and so rude!! I keep hoping it will improve but after this last time, I’m done!!! They need to go to the DQ in Delano, they have great customer service and don’t skimp on their orders!

Service was very friendly and fast but that only means so much when the food you get is incorrect and lacking the mixins. We ordered 2 blizzards, both cookie dough and one should have added marshmallow added. Both blizzards were lacking cookie dough to the point that the bottom halves had absolutely no cookie dough. There was also no marshmallow added to the one blizzard it was ordered on so that kinda sucked paying an upcharge for something we aren’t getting. We also hoped to sit in the atrium area of the restaurant but that was inexplicably blocked off which is why I gave only 4 stars on atmosphere. We came here because we were dining in MG on our way to a concert and this was my childhood DQ so it was a fairly disappointing visit needless to say. Doubtful that we’ll come back.

“Where’s the rest of my ice cream???” Are we doing this on purpose or does the evening shift think they’re doing people a favor by under filling these cups? And the fries low as well? I’m getting the vibe of ‘not paid enough to care’ and ‘management is getting stingier’ in regard to a lot at this Dairy Queen. Will update with pictures from every visit past this post.

11/10/23: ice cream was filled plenty satisfactory. Food was prepared to instructions and decently so. Honestly the ice cream was the whole reason I needed to come back here and amend this because finally this is meeting expectations again. Returning two stars back to this review.
1/12/24: and we’re back to wimpy fills on the ice cream. Guys- it’s 2024 and everything is expensive. I expect to get what I pay for. 2 stars removed.

Quality has dwindled, extremely concerned for unsafe practices when ordering delivery, bags and drinks not sealed so you would have no idea if it was tampered with. Extremely dangerous. I know they are capable of it because they used to do it. Its not worth the risk ordering delivery from here or even going to this location at all for that matter.

EDIT: Went tonight again to give you guys another chance, and ordered a blizzard with “extra stuff” to make sure that the blizzard would be filled and have all the ingredients (order total of $11.32). I get the blizzard and 1) it is not filled all the way up and 2) it is missing the most expensive part of the blizzard which is the hot fudge in a royal blizzard. Workers were standing around with one person serving and 3 standing around. It’s mind blowing that this place can’t pull itself together, makes you wonder who the owner is and why they can’t make a change. I paid extra to try and guarantee the correct product, and it still failed to deliver. Wild

The employees have been slow, messed up my orders, been unable to make blizzard I’ve requested and overall have completely soured my experience here. Tonight I ordered a royal chocolate brownie extreme and it was way under filled, had raspberry/strawberry juice in it, and very little actual pieces of chocolate.

The ice cream was runny, like it was melting. The place looks like an old school burger king. The staff was really nice and quick.
