Went to this cute little diner while in town. The atmosphere was so quaint and timeless. Food was so delicious. Their fried potatoes are probably our new favorite way of having hash browns. The service was so friendly and prompt. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We visited Vernal at the end of June and wanted to find local restaurants. Betty’s was the winner! I recommend Betty’s to everyone who wants great food and a lot of it! There were three of us, and to start with, we split a giant cinnamon roll, which was our downfall because that practically filled us up. Then two of our party ordered chicken fried steak and the other one ordered ham steak and potatoes. Holy cow! We barely had room on our table for all of the plates. The ham steak was 3/4 in thick and absolutely delicious. The chicken fried steak was to die for. The potatoes were cooked to perfection, and since then, I’ve been trying to recreate those fabulous potatoes. The wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were all very busy and kept everyone satisfied. Two thumbs up! I want to drive back to Vernal just to eat at Betty’s again.

Great location and a perfect Road Trip stop! Portion sizes are generous and the prices are unbeatable! the food is delicious and this place is very popular! Our server must be a morning person because she was quick with all of our coffees and customer service is unbeatable! Thank you so much and I will be going out of my way to visit again!

Everything I ordered was cooked to perfection. The textures, the flavor, it’s the kind of food that’s so hard to come by. The waitress even gave everyone at my table some valentines day chocolate cake they had extra of free of charge. The decor was very soft and friendly. I’m from Roy, but every visit to Vernal will include Betty’s.

I had ordered to go but while I waited the employees and their guests made me feel as if I was home. The food, this is my other #1 !! It felt like everyone here was at my house having a super comfortable, at ease experience… the waitresses was a big part of this..

Yummy breakfast, very attentive waitress. On weekends they are always full but they have a couple of tables outside. We waited a little over 10 minutes but the food and service were very good.

Prices seem steep until you get your food. It is plenty to fill up on. Drinks are too much. The staff is friendly and great service no complaints. Service seens quick, even when the place is packed.

We were recommended this place so my wife and I decided to stop in and grab a bite for breakfast. We like this place immediately as soon as we open the door and stepped inside. The atmosphere was just down home like and very friendly. The proprietors were awesome and Johnny on the spot so to speak. The food was awesome, delicious and any other positive adjectives I can’t think of at the moment. So if any of you are in their neck of the woods, stop in and grab you a bite I guarantee you will like it.
