Reviews
We ordered tikka masala, which was recommended by a colleague but the restaurant must have been having bad day as it was really bland, as was the Sri Lanka masala. Vindaloo was nice, Rogan Josh was amazing, Korma was standard. Rice and naans were fine, bit underfilled but fine.
The sauces that came with the poppadoms were awful, pot of red stuff that was apparently mango chutney was like runny unflavoured jam. Sweet but no taste. The yogurt sauce was bland also. Needs mint.
Chips were massive, more like wedge and were hard and dry – seemed like yesterday’s chips.
My colleague says she had great meals on a Saturday but when ordering on a Sunday it wasn’t as good, so I wonder if early on a Tuesday they just didn’t put much effort in. Would try it again, but there are other places to try first.
The Worst Indian food I have ever tasted it didn’t taste anything like it was meant to even down to the popodoms which were light and tasted awful
binned the plain Nan and the keema nan had no meat or flavour was disappointing the shish kebabs were terrible the the chicken kebab was passable and as for the curry it was so sweet and too much coconut it didn’t taste anything like what it was meant to the keema rice that was left had turned red in the morning?
It’s no wonder My Wife and I both ended up with FOOD POISONING!
