Only do dine in here or togo orders inside NEVER use the driver thru. It takes almost 30 minutes to get your food with only a few cars ahead. Not sure why this location has such a ridiculous amount of wait time. The inside is really cool and worth checking out so just skip the drive thru.

This is the worst I ordered spicy beef Chalupa supreme and nothing was in there that was supreme, except for the sour cream, the lettuce and cheese and about a penny size worth of meat so I just paid for us a taco with no meat straight up shell and toppings no meat the same for my boyfriend cheesy gordita crunch just cheesy gordita crunch with no meat pictures to show when I took the tacos in there to describe to them that there’s no meat in there. We had to argue with them just to get a refund for one .they must be goin broke…..

I drove through the drive thru and order chips N Supreme dip and cheesy roll up. Very simple order that turned into a nightmare. I drove off with the order without checking as it’s simple and didn’t really need to be check…right? Wrong. I get home and give my wife the bag, and she noticed there’s NO CHIPS for her dip…appalled, so I drove back to get a refund and maybe order something different as my wife was disappointed and didn’t want the order. I was not looking for free items or anything just thought it would be easier to get a refund and order something different..I was wrong.

As I approach the cashier to let him know that the bag i received didn’t have chips, Adeline G, who took my orginal order approach and seemed apologetic and tried to rush to get me some chips. But I insisted that I wanted a refund and would like to order something different. As I told her my new order with modification she’s said she would have to check in the back to see if they could honor my modification..I just wanted chips instead of fries from there garlic steak fries…With a very clear view of the kitchen, I could overhear her telling her other coworkers that I was complaining about not having chips and that I didn’t want the order anymore….stupid right? A customer complaining about chips that didn’t recieve? She never came back to tell me if they could make those modification or not.

Instead, a gentleman walks up to me, never mentions his name, I’m assuming a manager, however he basically let’s me know that he made my order and that he placed chips in the bag…so I stood there feeling confused as the bag was on the counter and evidently there are no chips inside…so who’s lying here?

At that point I just wanted a refund and didn’t want to risk getting anything from them. I never encountered someone who works in customer service to straight up tell me I was lying to me face and that if this incident occurred again the establishment would not be able to refund me further.

The resolution: don’t make the mistake in the first place & if you do don’t accuse the customer of lying….it’s a simple $5 order that should have never escalated into a bizarre encounter that left me feeling belittled. Why would I lie about chips? Why would I waste my time in driving back if the chips were in the bag? I rarely do bad reviews as I know how difficult it can be working in customer service especially fast food but there was no need in the treatment I received from this establishment. Do better.

As always, the food was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
What stands out to me about this particular location is the decor: pictures and artifacts from before even my time, like the actual 1955 “Whizzer” motorized bicycle, restored beautifully and hanging on the wall. Great job guys!

The food is always fresh and tastes great and the employees are very nice. However, there’s often a long line of car in the drive-thru line, and they’re usually short-staffed, so if you go inside to order you may have a 15-minute wait before you receive your food.

This taco bell has done me wrong too many times. I spent the last of my gas to get a breakfast crunchwrap and it looked like a diaper I’m very sad that I spent 8 dollars on this meal. I came to get something cheap to save money but I honestly should’ve just stayed hungry. But the workers are always pretty nice so no hate to them, just wish I could get those 8 dollars back I also orded off doordash one time for me and my friends, and we ended up getting the wrong order because the workers gave our doordaser the wrong bag. So I decided to go meet the doordasher at the taco bell so they didn’t have to drive all the way back to our dorm to give us our food. Once we finally got to our dorm we started eating and that’s when I realized that they had put meat in my crunchwrap when it said on the receipt that I asked for it to be taken off. After all that hassle, which again wasn’t the doordashers fault, all my friends got to eat and I couldn’t eat anything because all my food had meat in it. I realize it was a big order but like damn that made me so sad. I sent a complaint through the taco bell app but I never got a reply back. Again, no hate to the workers but that was absolutely foul. I would like to give a shout out to our doordasher though, she was very sweet and made sure we got our food. Wish I could’ve eaten it though.

It’s always so slow compared to the Salinas location. Even with AI ordering it still took 10 – 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru.

Why on earth does it always take a minimum of 30 minutes to get my food from this place once I order? God forbid you get in the drive-through— you’ll get sick and tired of waiting however you’ll be trapped in the wine so you have no choice.

Maybe try going to the one in Seaside cause this one is just a pain
