A nice, clean place to pick up or dine in lunch. I came in Murrieta today for temporary job, did not bring my lunch box, so I stop by. Even though my order time was not up( I arrived a little early ), they checked me in and made it right away. Thank you. I do hope I can come here in Murrieta and come by again.

I ordered through the app and went to pick up my food, a few bites in and noticed the tomato I was eating tasted off, after further investigation I noticed the tomato was rotten, I reached out to Jack in the Box asking for a refund and they refused to refund my purchase, only offering me a $5 credit as if I would ever eat Jack in the Box after this experience with their food and their corporate team. I would highly recommend avoiding a company who will serve food in that kind of manner.

FALSE HOUR ADVERTISING . Went in at 1:50 am, saw a car waiting and then they drove up to the window and no one attended him. I pulled up to the order screen. No greeting said hello twice and nothing. Why are they closing before the time when it says 24hrs!! This has happened multiple times and it’s always the same cars! They weren’t even cleaning or anything just being lazy!!! 10/30/25

Food was over cooked and I only got half a big box order. My popcorn chicken big box was almost empty. And the woman who took my order didn’t speak English. I had to repeat myself 10 times. Plus no bag for my food or receipt.

Ive gone there in the evening twice as of late. Once walk-in very close to closing and the staff didn’t mention they were about to close and still took my order.
The second time was drive-through around 11:up on a Friday, packed but the staff managed and was quick with orders. Best Jack in the Box around, the get the best workers.

It was a very hot Memorial Day on the road to Lake Elsinore so we decided to pull into a rest stop & get a sweet treat to cool down. All of the staff greeted us with a smile as we walked in. This place doesn’t seem busy but the staff drops everything to take their time to acknowledge everyone. One person was cleaning tables & one person was mopping the wet floor from a mess that the previous customer had made at the soft drink machine. I like stops that are clean & well kept!
I wasn’t hungry but decided to order more just to support this place. I ordered 3 Oreo Milkshake & a 3 Tacos for $3 which also came with a Soft Drink. Its fast food on the road so it is what it is. The Tacos were super oily & crunch but is pretty tasty & addictive. I wouldn’t eat this everyday though! The milkshake was not bad. Tasted exactly like Oreo Cookies with Vanilla soft serve.

These workers are horrible
Today when I got a plain cheeseburger they gave me one with catchup and mustard after that I went back and said that I ask for a plain cheeseburger but instead they just gave me the a BREAD then I went back again and they finally got it right all the workers here were doing was laughing and giggling and being just completely rude about it they didn’t even say SRRY and give me something extra like other good restaurants would do if this had happened for the 10th time and they always laugh at the fact my brother is autistic what is just wrong

Literally sitting at the drive thru waiting for about 13 mins now and it says open with cars and employees inside yet no one is taking my order and it says they are open…hmmm I guess they don’t want business at midnight. They just shut the sign off lmao.

UPDATED: I’m glad to say this location went from 1 star to 5 star. Fast and friendly service, the new employees I see are much better and not only work quickly but are not messing up orders and are friendly. Previously I had my order wrong here on a very regular basis and they did not have supplies to make items that were on the menu. Glad they turned it around, I work close and like the big burgers
