Definitely a top tier Starbucks! This would be ranked at #2 for the best Starbucks I’ve been to thus far since the start of my roaming Nomad journey.

Pros: Plenty of parking. Nice clean big lobby. Plenty of seating with really comfortable chairs! Outlets for charging. Restroom doesn’t require a code. Super friendly staff. Good drinks. Napkins, Sugar, and Oat-milk available out in the lobby.

Every Starbucks should strive to be just like this one! They are doing everything right! Overall 5+ ⭐️

their creme brulee latte is my favorite. I wish it was available all year! this location was clean, good amount of tables (though no outdoor tables). clean, single person bathrooms. seemed to allow dogs too

Hurry to Water
They’re still getting dialed in here. They were quite a bit disorganized while preparing our order. I’m sure that this will change as they help more and more customers. I ordered a coffee, but there were no creams or sugars or any add your own sweetener options available. Again, they’re probably still working out the bugs. It’s a lot larger inside than I expected it to be. We entered the shop, rather than doing the drive-thru.
Update: this place gets worse and worse every time we come here. The employees are all super young and none of them seem to care.

I am 25 weeks pregnant and not feeling well when I ask for a cup of water. I am refused and told, “you must make a purchase.” This is extremely disappointing and concerning, as offering water to someone who is visibly unwell, especially during pregnancy, seems like a basic courtesy. I expect better customer care from Starbucks.

This outlet is a little better than usual location. Interior design is clean and simple and the floor plan is roomy and inviting. Of course the drinks and food are typical corporate Starbucks fare. They have drive through and clean bathroom. There are enough seats for those who need to use Wi-Fi and power plugs.

Today I had a deeply disappointing experience at Starbucks located at 23562 Moulton Pkwy, Laguna Woods, CA 92637. I am a loyal customer and visit your stores every single day. I have a branded Starbucks stainless steel tumbler, and I simply asked to have it filled with ice because of the extreme heat. Instead of receiving basic customer service, I was refused and told to go across the street to 7-Eleven!!!!!!! to ask for ice.

This is absolute disrespect towards your customers! From this day on, I am throwing away my Starbucks tumbler and will never visit your stores again. A company that treats its loyal customers this way has completely lost my trust.

Have to wait for somebody to come up front One person was making the drinks and the other person was doing drive-thru. Third person was nowhere to be found so should do it for a while before somebody even talked to me about they have to call somebody to the front.

UPDATE 02/11/2026
It has been months now, they take my personal cup and sometines it goes in a cup holder so they dont touch it. But sometimes they use the filthy tip jar so they dont touch it and sometimes they just grab the cup.
Honestly, i dont care as long as they are consistent which they are NOT.
And for years on my refills, I get two tea bags.
No problem until today they wanted to charge me extra 30 cents for an extra tea bag.
Again, it is all about consistency or lack there of. ❓️❓️❓️

(Always perfect) was my review about 4 months ago.
Now they have rules:
1. If you want a refill, you have to use their cups or personal cups.
2. You can NOT leave the store then come back, not even go to your car God forbid, then get a refill.
Apparently not all employees are on the same page on their rules.
They give me refills, using their paper cups and personal cups then they decide not to next day, we play their game again.
Is Starbucks hurting for whatever lack of friendly service they already have?
It has def become a joke.
Bathrooms used to be clean.
Dining area is always dirty.
I am there 2 hours a day and buy a cup every day and have to clean my own table too.
Maybe they are hinting customers on what NOT to do to stay in business.
And the whole handcuffs thing (image attached) , I don’t even wanna know.
In case you want to finally remove it after 3 weeks which i have seen, it is by your trash bins l9cked area outside

Okay I love Starbucks. I come here all the time. But this past time I just went they did not deliver on what I ordered. My drink wasn’t even filled up to the top. I ordered a grande drink. This was like I should have just ordered a tall. I’m disappointed.
