This is my first time here and it was good. Fresh ingredients and interesting salad combos. I ordered the Caramelized Garlic Steak with Ripple Fries. The salad was good and the Ripple Fries were under seasoned. I will come back for the salad, but don’t add the ripple fries to your order. Not worth it IMHO.

Literally always late. If you order online during dinner time even with ample lead time they would be 30 mins time. Crew has zero sense of urgency. Order is stolen all the time. Also a complete nightmare to order off DoorDash.

I normally don’t write reviews but I was so frustrated I had to!! I ordered thru DoorDash pick up and headed over when DoorDash said it was ready (after 30 mins) and when I got there, there were SO MANY people waiting for their pick up order. They were either severely understaffed (I saw 4 employees working) or had a very inefficient system. After waiting for another 30-45 mins I finally got my order! I can’t believe I had to wait over an hour for this!! The food was ok, kinda overpriced for what it is.

The order wasn’t ready at the time of pickup. So, the staff had to remake the order when I got there (mind you, I came in the evening when it was quite). On top of that, the service wasn’t professional. Beside, the salad is overpriced ($20 for a salad, seriously? ) For that price, I could’ve get at least a decent service. If I could rate 0, I would. But, I couldn’t rate lower than that

Overpriced and bad service. $20 for a tiny portion. Can’t even fill a bowl that’s already almost as flat as a plate. Salmon was dry and the rice was hard. The servers won’t communicate or remind what is extra.

The wait time was so long (45+min) that my delivery person had to cancel the order. I do not blame the delivery person at all, as last time when I try to pick up by myself in store I had similar experience of waiting for 40min to get my simple salad order.

Though my bowl was good. It 1.5 hours to receive an order made through uber eats. It was not ubers fault. Took way too long to fulfill a simple order. I ordered one bowl

Nice recommendation from staff. They were clearly busy with take out orders but were pleasantly impressive with their help.
I wanted to show them my appreciation with a tip but there seemed to be some confusion with the amount of appreciation I was giving them. The cashier and manager decided to decline my tip and offered the food for free.
I baulked and paid with a card instead. And added the tip digitally.
I won ♥️
I get the fact that people think tipping is getting out of hand but look at it from the pov of service providers..they work for fairly low pay and tips are the bonus.
As long as this nation continues towards this clear delineation between the elite and everyone else… it becomes imperative to continue to tip folks.
