I got food poisoning while on vacation and was up all night.

It took 39 mins to get glasses of water for our group. We had to get up multiple times and ask someone to come over to our table, and until the third time, they still didn’t. Service was laughably bad.

The food was horrible and so overpriced.

Save your money. Go to Taco Bell.

I placed an online pick up order thru ‘La Fountain’ site which redirected me to ‘ChowNow’
I selected ‘2 Beef Floutas with rice & beans’ for $12.99 and
‘2 Chicken Floutas with rice & beans’ for $12.99
Got to the restaurant where there was people seated but only a few tables so they weren’t busy. The friendly woman brought out my order but upon arriving home, I realized there were no rice or beans on either order. I called to let them know and to request a partial refund since ‘2 Floutas’ on their menu is $7.99
The woman who answered said its an issue thru ‘ChowNow’ and they are responsible since the website is incorrect. I said that is bad business since they are who chose to go thru ‘ChowNow’ and I paid for an entire meal including rice and beans so I would like the difference refunded as I didn’t receive what I paid for.
They offered me a $5 refund for the inconvenience, which I declined as the correct total would be $11 since the ‘2 floutas’ alone are $7.99 and I paid for 2 orders not just 1.
I requested to speak with the manager and was told the manager was busy and couldn’t speak with me also that they had a rush and were busy, so I requested the manager call me back.
It’s very dishonest to go thru a website or company, ‘ChowNow’ that uses false advertising and not honoring the prices listed on their own website/menu to hungry customers is not professional or cool at all. I expect to receive what I paid for.
My sister and niece also placed an online order the same time I placed my online order and also didn’t receive their rice or beans.
Do not place an online order unless you specify every item you want.

The snow storm sent us here! A friend & I were attending a Grizzlies hockey game & it was delayed with weather. We ended up coming here to grab dinner before the game. We were seated pretty quickly. Chips & salsa were good. Two different spice levels of salsa which I appreciated. Their margarita are really good!! We each grabbed a margarita, regular for me & raspberry for my friend. Presentation was beautiful for these but they took forever to come out to us. We had our meals before we received these. Meals were confusing for both of us. Their enchilada are so expensive & ridiculous in size, at least the flour tortilla ones. I’m pretty sure for the price they would have at least come with beans & rice, but nothing ever came out to us. My friend loved the enchiladas & sauce. He had two chicken enchiladas & one cheese enchilada. I had the bean & cheese burritos with rice & beans. Plenty for left overs as well. My friend rates this a high 4/5 on stars but I felt it was overpriced for what it was.

It was Alright. The salsa was a little bland and I hate to compare it to other Mexican restaurants that are basically all the same minus the name the others seem to put more attention to their food. The beans were really runny. The rice needed to have salt added to the cooking because it had none. But it wasn’t horrible. It could have been better. Hopefully, they strive to be better. Their building was nice. Easy find. Decorated beautifully and from what I could tell as we just got take out it was very clean and nice inside. They definitely have first look impression 4-5 stars. Though that is not the reason I had ordered there. Plus! When we did get the take out we ordered over the phone, took us about 30 minutes to finally get there, but when we showed up they didn’t know anything about our order and had to wait another 15-20 minutes to get it, as if the person that took our order over the phone didn’t do their job; which I suspect. Anyway lots of room for improvement. Not that awful but I would probably order from one of the other restaurants in the future.

The place was awesome and it was very quiet in there. I couldn’t believe more people weren’t there. The food was amazing. The service was amazing. I actually had a taco salad which was weird for me but it was amazing.

Did door dash for my food. Well did receive lettuce and tomatoes with the Chimichangas. Called resturante and they explained that they send tomatoes or sour cream with delivery. But does not explain that on the website. The food was sooo bland no favor. Taco Bell was authentic Mexican food.

In my neverending quest for the best cheese enchiladas, this was a very good one.
Plates were so hot that they were still warm when I boxed up my wife’s leftovers. True mastery of the hot plate. Cheese and sauce are bubbling when it came out, just right.
Horchata was fine, not the best.
But what they did have, and what pushed this experience up to 5 starts, was sarsaparilla! So hard to find at any restaurant, but they had it and my wife was ecstatic!!!
2 kinds of salsa are served at your table, chips are good, clean and well decorated restaurant.
Server was tired, but nice and checked in as expected.

Will never eat here again food was cold and no flavor. Nachos were basically just chips, salad was very plain and my chile relleno plate sad to say was very plain and thin, the hostess was nice but had to keep asking for silverware and was not great service.

It’s a good Mexican restaurant.
We were a company of 9 people, they brought our order so fast.
Everyone was happy to enjoy that food.
I am not fun of Mexican food.

I had a birthday in that day, they brought me a gift – ice-cream.

Went inside and sat down. What ever they had on the TV or radio was loud. I put both my ear buds in my ears. Still too loud. Got up and went 444ft down the street to Applebee’s. Applebee’s have enough respect for their customers not to be playing their speakers too loud. La Foutain is a dump. I can now understand why at 6pm there was absolutely No one there but me.
