I took my fiancé here during a slow time to get some ice cream. My butterscotch milkshake was awesome. There was just a couple of people in there when we arrived. The people behind me received their milkshake and left so I figured they were easier to make about 10 minutes later a large group came in and proceeded to get ice cream, including Sundays so I asked about my Peanut butter brownie sundae and was assured by the individual who took my order that they were on it. Seven more people got served, and I went up and asked for my money only to be told “chill dude you’ll get it. “If this individual had been as attentive to our order as he was to flirting with the staff, this would’ve never happened. I would like to give this place another chance when we come back but very disappointed in the customer service for an establishment with 45 years in business.
No one apologized for the oversight and no one came up to act as the leader of this crew. They were unable to return our money or find the ticket even though I handed them the receipt so we took two of your Handmade drumsticks instead. I’d be happy to pay you the one dollar difference if the owner would be willing to reach out to me personally to discuss my experience.

A clever place to get both drink and delicacy and a convenient style of ordering that gets you in and out or able to sit and enjoy.
However upon my visit in the evening still fsr from closing, both a packed house and a speedy line created a difficult experience for a first time customer in myself. I had time to look over the menu walking in line, but asking any questions about the menu upon reaching the register is treated very poorly by staff and other customers. So do not go if you are anxious about being rushed.
Food was up to par but not for thr price. As is common in most facilities of this type with wall art and a grandious belief in themselves, you pay for what they assume you will get, not what you actually do. And the beverages that are a mix of dessert and alcohol will leave you wanting and are more of a novelty overall.
You will not taste the beverage, you’ll taste the novelty of its concept which is dissapointing. So my review? A great concept but a poor execution of both financial and perceived quality vs the end result. I would pass unless you literally just want to have ice cream with a unnoticed amount of alcohol just to say you did.

First time here. We got tue 3 scoop waffle cone with strawberry. The 2 scoop birthday cake and dark raspberry. And the pineapple upside down su day. All very good. I stopped in your Store in North Canton & tried your Homemade Chocolate ice Cream. The Service was excellent. The Taste & Temperature of the Ice Cream was really good. I asked for a Nutrition Information Guide which your Employee provided. The 3-First Ingredients after Milk & Cream are Sugar, Corn Syrup & High Fructose Corn Syrup & several preservatives which are not good. It may be homemade but it’s really bad for your health. Thank you!

A great long-standing business. Highly recommend getting the flight to try the different high quality flavors. We love trying their specialty flavors of the week. Also, if you’re looking for a great gift idea, get their ice cream punch card which gives you five small cones for $12.50 (only available from Black Friday to Christmas during the year).

Awesome place to bring the family and get icecream that isn’t just the normal flavors. Everything tasted great, even the hot dog lol. They have a wide selection to choose from and they’re definitely quick when it comes to serving, even when busy.

Good ice cream but my daughter asked for strawberry with sprinkles and got blue moon with sprinkles. Not sure if she got confused because we kept saying blue moon while speaking to each other or not but I convinced them to eat it because I didn’t want it to go to waste. I got blueberry cobbler I think is what it was and it was great!

My family always chooses homemade ice cream locations when on vacation or one day family time trips. If this place was in my neighborhood I would be there daily!!!

Other reviews don’t disappoint. Stopped here after googling “milkshake” in maps app and reading all the other recent 5 star reviews. Now I know what they’re all about.
Gentleman behind the counter was playful and polite. I ordered the peanut butter oreo Sunday and it was wonderful start to finish. Both visually pleasing and perfect flavor combinations. Can’t beat the price either. $5 for what I would consider a large Sunday.
Also, it was great to find out that there are still places in this world where you hear the staff ask “the usual?” to other patrons.
Will be returning soon.

Hot dogs and ice cream .. What a great combination, We didn’t have the hot dogs. we had just eaten dinner and only came for dessert .. so Johnnie enjoyed a Cereal killer Shake, made with chocolate almond ice cream and coco puffs .. I had a Salted Caramel Truffle with caramel topping ..
