Ordered Buona for pickup late last night. I had some trouble using the app and accidentally ordered the wrong item (I’m not very tech savvy).
So I called the location to let them know. Ceira took my call. She was polite and professional and showed great patience as I struggled navigating the app. She took care of the order via phone and even added an online coupon for me. Thanks Ceira for your exceptional service!
Regarding the food, so far I’ve tried the pizza, chicken sandwich, cheese fries and I’ll be back soon to try more stuff. 10/10 recommend

Great food here! Today we tried a variety of things. Beef, Italian sausage, pizza, tenders, onion rings, cheese fries and pasta. Everything was great except the pasta. It lacked flavor and sauce. It was late in the day after 9pm so not sure if it was an old batch sitting around but that wasn’t our favorite. The kids loved the pizza and tenders. That was our first time trying the pizza, tenders, cheese fries, and onion rings, and pasta. The beef and Italian sausage is always top notch! Cheese fries were really food! Great onion rings cooked perfect! Not sure I would get the pasta again but everything was delicious! The girls working at the counter and handing out pick up orders super sweet and helpful!

This is the absolute worst restaurant chain we have ever dealt with. We received multiple messed up delivery and drive through orders from this location so we started calling the store directly ahead of time to let them know that we ordered delivery and to PLEASE double check and make sure everything is correct before sending it off. Every time we called they assured me that everything would be correct no problem. They STILL messed it up multiple times. Missing items, completely stale bread multiple times, putting hardly any sauce on the pasta, giving meat sauce when I ordered the regular marinara, not even taking the time to simply wrap the food in plastic for safety, using one little sticker as a safety seal on a very large bag of food which is completely pointless as anyone can easily stick their arm into the bag. Also didn’t use the special safety seal stickers on the drinks either (along with completely melted ice) which all other restaurants we order from have used. All the extra fees paid for delivery to get completely ruined meals. After three ruined meals of paying a total of around $150 they offered a $20 food credit. Reached out to an administrative assistant who said she would try to help me with one of the Uber eats refund since Uber eats was not helping but then recently told me that now she’s saying there’s nothing they can do about it. Suggested to use their buona app in the future to make it easier for refunds if the order is messed up. Used the app last night and once again messed up order. Offered a few dollars worth of food credit instead of understanding that when we have even a small amount of missing or messed up items it ruins the entire meal. This place seems incompetent and very cheap. If we do order from buona in the future it will not be from this location we’ve had enough.

Came here for dinner. The place was nearly empty. No problem though. Got our order in quickly. # 1 Combo, baptized, sweet and hot peppers. They did not disappoint. This was fire. I like the char peppers too. The beef had good flavor. Definitely come again

Very delicious Italian beef sandwiches, flavorful gravy/juices, fresh hearty bread. I ordered two containers of sweet peppers, but one wasn’t filled up like the other one and only had a few small pieces of sweet pepper, unlike the large amounts of sweet peppers you can get at Jay’s or Bob O’s shops.

Really good onion rings and beef. Nice and juicy since I ordered it dipped. I like their beef but a bit peppery compared to others. But still good. Nice app and rewards.
When you order the fries they have shakers of Parmesan cheese by the drinks and it makes for a nice addition to the freeze to sprinkle it over it

This is a great place for a meal at anytime. Staff is friendly, the fries are always hot and fresh, and the sandwiches are consistent. Gone back at least a dozen times

Buona is consistently good with enough variety that I pick up food for both lunch and dinner at their drive-thru window on my way to work at least three days each week. Their specials and points rewards help lower prices.
I mostly order their Chopped Chicken Salad… sometimes adding or substituting Avocado, their Beef and Giardiniera Pizza, Bacon Cheeseburgers, and Fresh Pasta with Italian Sausage.
Their Milkshakes are excellent and often half price during the afternoon.
Most of their staff is very nice and sharp in offering excellent service.
