Good size menu and a variety for everyone. I had the fiesta salad it was outstanding, I ordered the same thing last time I was there. Wife had the brisket mac and cheese, it was moderately seasoned and tasted good. Beverages were good, they quickly refill them. If you like a challenge the triple defibrillator would be the meal for you. Staff was fast polite and professional. One could say this is a hidden Jewel for its price point. Ask for the specials on the board. They have karaoke some nights so I cannot say how much noise there is during that time.

I believe I’m being generous giving three stars. We arrived at lunchtime. We seated ourselves and waited a long time before, what appeared to be a lone waitress taking care of a full restaurant, came to our table. The waitress, a young girl, seemed to be doing the best she could, was very nice, just overwhelmed. She took our order, the food took awhile. When it did arrive the appetizer we ordered arrived with our main dish. We ran out of drinks, we waited. Finally, I got up with our glasses, went behind the counter to the soda machine and got the drinks myself. Three older ladies behind the counter, who didn’t seem to be doing anything, looked at me like, “What are you doing?” I said I was thirsty and walked back to my table. The food was good, but seemed a little pricey. When we were finished eating, I went to pay. I had to wait because no one was at the cash register. Our waitress Finally came to the register and I paid her. Please get that girl some help!

About two months ago i places a to go order 3 potatoes and a sandwhich. place looked like either family ran or school kids working. Staff was polite quickly checked out. One potatoe was fine fresh and just as ordered the other two were horribly old the very center was the only white part of the spud. The rest was discolored dark yellow brown. It looked like it had been fixed earlier then over micro waved. The sandwich was fine it wasn’t stale or old looking. So that was my first and last trip in there. I have gotten stuffed potatoes at our local praters taters that weren’t top shelf but i remaineda customer. Whoever prepared that knew it was old and nasty and sent it out anyway. I didn’t call and complain and i won’t. I’m an understanding person things happen but there is no excuse for serving food that is clearly old and recooked to death.i will tell you i spent over fifty dollars for a dinner that i had to go buy dinner for two because it was inedible. Use caution if you order it to go look at it while you are there i would suggest strongly.

The food is great. I usually get the memphis sandwich and reminds me of the memphis bbq I grew up on. I get everything I order and its just the right amount that your 2 full for 2nds. If you find yourself wanting something different they have it.

Gave them four chances. The first experience was as expected. However, since then, they have been consistently bad at service and repeatedly out of main ingredients such as SPUDS. Spud is in your name. Hello.
It’s not even rush hour! Or post rush!
Also, a sign clearly said that karaoke was performed on Mondays and Thursdays. Which is why I came around 6pm on a Saturday.
We were the only customers is the front of the diner. There were a few people in the back room. After a moment, I realized the caterwauling wasn’t just bad radio but was some random person “doing her demo” with a couple female friends video-taping and harmonizing. It was loud. She was fond of Reba. I loathed her.
Never laid eyes on her, not even seven terribly mediocre country karaoke tunes later when we left due to being completely ignored for 20 minutes then waiting 10 more for the waitress to tell us they were out of spuds.
We walked out for obvious reasons —
They clearly didn’t want paying customers and the environment was problematic. We left with full drinks on the table, handing the menu back as we were leaving. They wanted us to pay for our sodas. Had they not been so rude, I wouldn’t waste my time to tell you anything about them. I’d just never return. But after three not-good experiences at The Loaded Spud, I’d like for you to take your business elsewhere, too.

First time ever going today. I feel like 3 stars is generous. Only 1 waitress. Only 2 people in the store when I came at lunch. It’s very hot and air full of grease. Waited 15 mins to be brought food that wasn’t mine [hadn’t ordered] then 10 mins before they came back to only get my drink order. 8 mins to bring drink and take food order. Took 23 mins to get the burger that didn’t have cheese, and 7… yes 7.. small pieces of waffle fries. It all tasted good but $20 for lunch with small portion that took an hr at lunch is kind of pushing it. Had high reviews from co workers. Maybe I got an off day. But I was late from lunch and kind of disappointed. Will try again soon and update then.
