We were traveling to Chicago from Ohio and stopped here. Let me 1st start by saying John is AMAZING!! His customer service skills are top notch. I have 24 years of management experience and I wish all of my employees were like him. He went out of his way to get anything we needed and did the same for other customers. It was clean and inviting. Our food was really good and my daughters were excited to get the 5 nights at Freddy’s meal. We had a great experience overall.

We were excited to try the new location. Highly disappointed. There was a wait on fries which is no issue but once I checked the bag they gave me the wrong order. I ordered dark meat they gave me white meat. Not only did they mess it up they hid it so my box was at the bottom of the bag! When I went back in to get it fixed there’s a wait on dark meat! Waited 15 mins for this crap! Not breaded just fried lightly. Unflavored bland chicken. Also my chicken tenders weren’t good either. $27 for this and tenders? Not worth it!

We walked in and used the restrooms which were foul. The smell, the sanitation, just awful. Then we waited for five minutes at the counter unnoticed. Now five minutes doesnt sound like a lot when you read this, but while you’re hungry and feeling ignored, it becomes an eternity. We decided we were done, so as we left someone finally came forward and asked if they could help us. Definitely too late ma’am. On a side note, we been here before and the chicken was dry, so I really wasn’t going to come back. Although we believe in giving people a second chance, there will not be a third.

I was so excited that Popeyes was coming to town! I drove from Rochester to Popeyes in Plymouth Indiana to see what there’s tasted like because everywhere else I’ve loved it! However, I ordered chicken strips and biscuit and coleslaw. The chicken was so dry. It was like cardboard and I couldn’t eat it. The biscuit was so hard. I couldn’t eat it and the coleslaw tasted like it was pretty much spoiled

Absolutely fantastic! The manager Jessica is so great and friendly! It was our fist time and we brought all our kids with us and she was so helpful! Outstanding customer service smiles and speed !! We will be back!

I didn’t think any restaurant could have lower quality than McDonald’s but this place surprised me. Came here 10 at night expecting to wait a little bit because food was probably being cooked as ordered. Nope. Their cook left and they can’t sell anything that’s not already cooked. The tenders and biscuit were ridiculously hard. A biscuit should not be crunchy but it would have served better as a hockey puck. So I paid $12.40 for a Dr. Pepper because the food went in the trash. This place isn’t going to survive for long.

Chicken sandwich felt like it was mainly crunch and was bland. Fries had very little taste as well as a very small portion size. (see picture)

The employees were very nice and helped me with my mobile order. I had placed the order while I was in a Central Time Zone, which caused an issue with when I actually was there to pick it up on Eastern Time. They were able to just fill my order by looking at my phone, which was great.

I would just like to say Jessica is great! Amazing customer service and smile! We often go to southbend popeyes however decided to give this one a try ! We will definitely be back ! Food was delicious!

Chicken is often undercooked, they’ll give you less chicken than you ordered, and they often mess up orders in general and just don’t give you what you asked for. Some of the staff are also extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Also, how the heck does a chicken place run out of chicken in the middle of the day?
