We waited in line 10 minutes to place order. Computer was down. Noticed a girl scraping Mac cheese off counter and putting it in bowls for customers instead of out of the containers that had Mac cheese in it. We were disgusted and left. Won’t be back. Went to lees and got fresh food fast service

I’ve debated on putting this but I’ve been to the KFC on Hwy 54 twice. Both times they forgot about me. 1st time I went through the drive thru, placed my order, was asked to pull around and 3 other people behind me got their orders before me then the 4 car got my order that I paid $60 for. 2nd time I thought well I’ll use the app and order ahead of time. Order placed at 4:05pm and I scheduled the pick up for 4:45pm. I arrived at 4:45p and pulled up to the drive thru speaker. I told them I had a call in order, gave my name and they said it would be 15min before it’ll be ready so they asked me to pull around and they would bring it out. Well 20min passed and 3 cars got their orders and left. I proceeded inside and my food was sitting there bagged. I waited 3min for anyone to even acknowledge I was there. Finally a young lady approached asking if she could help me. I advised her that my food is behind her and I would like to have it so I could leave. Unfortunately she caught the brunt of my frustration but she politely told me that she just got to work. I did apologize to her because her fellow employees failed to make her aware of what was going on with my food. She was very kind and I felt bad that others failure to communicate this correctly could’ve prevented any of this. Once home I was missing 2 large order of fries.

I took up the manager’s offer to wait for an eight piece bucket of chicken since they only had odd pieces left after a rush. It was only going to be 14 or 15 min tops (12 min was the cooking time). While waiting, he offered me a large cup to get whatever I wanted to drink. I sat at a booth and caught up with emails. The 8 piece bucket has been a special on Tuesday and Saturday for $10.00. On the way home, it was a awesome aroma of freshly fried chicken. Once home, I ate the Best, most delicious, fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t know the manager’s name, but he and his crew were professional, down to Earth, great with customer service, and I will return. KFC for the Win! Keep Shining!!!

I wanna thanks the manager at this location along with a young man and a young lady that are extremely nice and have excellent customer service. They made my day one day I came by. I complimented them on their shirt and continue to come back, and I was given a shirt, to my surprise!!!! You guys rock thank you so much. I honestly recommend this location and come and visit this A-Team of people that will serve you if not for me one of the tastiest KFC chicken thank you guys God bless you.

Worst run KFC I’ve ever seen. There are people in the drive thru coming inside to find out where their order is. The lady next to ne has been waiting 40 minutes. I have time to write a longer review while waiting for my order but you get the point. Restaurant is dirty, there are no straws or napkins and the men’s room is out of hand towels. Avoid this dump at all cost!

Went in today at 12:00pm on12/24. They did not want to sell me a 16 piece bucket because it would run them short. I asked if my money was not as good as the others. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Paid $25 for a Completely Wrong Order
I ordered Mike’s Hot Honey Fan Favorite’s Box online — a $25 meal that’s supposed to come with 4 pieces of fried chicken covered in Mike’s Hot Honey, 12 nuggets, Secret Recipe fries, 4 biscuits, and 4 dipping sauces.
When I arrived at the Owensboro location, I was told after waiting several minutes that they were out of Mike’s Hot Honey chicken. The employee offered to substitute regular chicken and said they’d “throw in an extra piece or two” for the inconvenience. I agreed, thinking it would still be handled properly.
After waiting another 10–15 minutes, I finally got the order and headed home. What I got was a random mix of drumsticks, thighs, and wings tossed in some generic hot sauce — no nuggets, no dipping sauces, and not even the correct chicken I paid for. They tried to make up for it by adding a couple of extra biscuits instead of giving me what I actually ordered.
For $25, I didn’t receive the advertised meal, the sides, or the sauces. It’s frustrating to be told it’ll be made right and then end up with something completely different and clearly thrown together last-minute. If this is how “fan favorites” are handled, KFC really needs to step it up.

Everytime I go here they are always out of stuff and you have to wait for your food. Today I was in the drive thru I stated everything I wanted and the order was repeated back to me correctly. When I got home the sandwich and wings were not what I had asked for. I called the store and was put on hold for a great amount of time so I hung up. Ive tried calling back the phone line continues to give a busy signal.

Place smells like old cooking grease. Food tasted like it was cooked in old grease. Nobody to be around unless you walked outside then came back. No supplies at fill up station. Not sure where employees go??? Two went outside. Came back in and never washed their hands. WILL NOT BE BACK
