The service was fast, the staff was friendly and the drinks are delicious! I really like the layout of the place as well. We were greeted multiple times including by a manager or something working on her computer. It was nice to see she took that time to wish us a good day. Now it’s rare for me to give 5 stars and now I’ll tell you why I did…. they package their old grounds and set them out for people to take them for free to put in their garden. That is amazing! I have never seen a coffee shop do that and this is the first Starbucks I’ve seen do it. Bravo! Way to give to your community and support recycling! Very impressed!

First time at this location since it moved here from its previous location. The first thing that I noticed is how this store looks modernized like locations in New York and surrounding states.
The staff are no longer friendly as they were at the previous location. There’s quite a new faces as well. While it was easy in and easy out, the staff were very impersonal. I, like those in front of me, was not greeted by a simple “Good Morning. How are you today?” Really Starbucks?!?!?! Everyone working were quite robotic in their actions and no one saying anything to any customer nor themselves. The brunette young lady with the ponytail and eyeglasses appeared to be the shift. She spoke quite sternly to her partner, Richard, who’s old enough to be her grandfather. Even if this wasn’t the case, each and every person there should be respectful of each other and the customers.
There’s lots of seating and a long table with space for you to work or meet with others.
This Starbucks has a new location and a new attitude–the new attitude could use some improvements. This isn’t my go to Starbucks as I don’t live or work on this side of town, but with a nearby meeting, I decided to give them a try today. Hopefully, management is reading this, so this will be addressed so that others can have a friendly, positive experience.

Hey. I never came to this Starbucks until today and I wanted a cookie crumble mocha. The staff was really nice and positive but when I got it back, it looked like there was snow in it with whipped cream on the top. When I drank it, it just tasted like water. I didn’t get any flavor of chocolate or any type of flavor. I know it’s busy, but just be careful with how much ice you put because it ruined it. I know the staff works hard, and no judgment to them. The drink came quick so kudos.

I have DoorDashed from this location TWICE and each time they screwed up my order. Wrong drink sizes, items left out the bag, etc. The receipt that’s literally stuck to EACH item reads correctly. How hard is it to read a receipt that’s literally attached to the item you are working on? I can only assume the employees here are incompetent.
