When I went with family yesterday, we didn’t know what we wanted when we approached the counter. The workers behind the counter that particular day were patient, let us figure it out and even worked with us when we changed our mind. Best Jack in the box so far I’ve been too that have good customer service.

Food is standard 6.5/10 Jack in the Box fast food. What is not standard, though, is an employee’s boombox in the kitchen blasting loud ranchera music, and everyone behind the counter yelling over one another in loud, vulgar spanish while I stand in front of the cash register for 2 minutes trying to get noticed–nobody was in line for the drive-thru and they were not working on orders. They were socializing and drinking (water or soda fountain drinks) on the job. That’s the last time I stop here, and I will warn others.

Yesterday as I pulled up I greeted whom where was at the speaker, She rudely ignored me and very impatient to take my order, I had to ask her 3 times to give me one moment since, I had to ask my mom what she wanted, In my order were 2 cups of water, As I Made my way to the pick up window. I asked her if she had taken my order again 3 times, Im not sure If she has a hard time hearing, As she hands me the water cups one on top of the other the one on top fell all over my vehicle, and my clothing, shirt, Pants. I told her why would you give it out like that, she smirked, and slammed the window, didnt even get me Napkins until I requested them, Yet again slamming the window. I asked her for her name again 3 times, I heard Irene/Ingrid, as I waited for my order she was talking to the gentleman with her I’m guessing his name is Anthony that’s what the register name was under, I asked for a manager he said “manager was not there right now” I asked him what is she he Said a ” Shift Leader.” Im a manager myself, and Im disgusted on her management skills are horrible, I don’t know if she is a aware the customer’s are the reason you have a paycheck, at least put an effort in customer service since that’s a huge part of the job!

Rude management with the worse Attitude. Food was horrible and gave us the wrong items, in the top of that not even an apology. Tacos were greasy overloaded and shell broken and soggy.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Went through the drive thru at at 7:45 am and ordered the #25 Extreme Sausage and was charged correctly. When I opened the wrapper I saw that it was not the right sandwich. I was not far so I went back and let the cashier know I received the wrong product. At this point my mind set was people make mistakes. She looked at the receipt and asked what did i want. I said, whats on the receipt please. She then said that is the extreme sausage. I replied, “it is not” as a statement of fact. The cashier then insisted that it was the extreme sausage. Then, in a little more of a frustrating tone I said open it up. She said you need to calm down, I was obviously starting to get frustrated as she was convinced there was no way she was wrong with out looking at the product. While I dont necessarily believe in this saying all of time, but the customer is always right. If your people don’t want to work with customers/public then perhaps review the team you have on staff. In the end, no apology, and the food was handed to me without any closing comments. Just placed on the counter in front of me. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

My daughter was at the drive-thru and Norma was being very rude to my daughter when I was on the phone normally when I go to Jack in the box I get my receipt right away when my daughter pulled up to the drive-thru she did not get a receipt and norma said she will give it to her after she gives the meal to her what kind of service is this when I called Norma she was saying she did not do anything wrong which I heard everything Norma you should be ashamed of yourself being disrespectful you should not be in customer service I know all about customer service and that’s not how you treat somebody

Last night my family and I decided to get tacos through the drive thru, however the employee was not very courteous and kind. When we got our tacos we didn’t get napkins and our tacos were not good. They had too much lettuce, hardly any meat, and no cheese. I keep calling but they will not answer so I decided to do a review and rate them 2 stars.
