This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in Carroll County please stir your drinks and the bosses / owners please stop teaching your employees to shake shake drinks as if that’s going to help the drink get mixed properly and actually teach them how to use a spoon to stir the drinks that are supposed to be stirred people are tired of paying high prices for drinks to swallow globs of syrup and sugar because u don’t stir the drinks properly maybe if u actually took time to slow down 30 seconds the drinks could be made properly. I will not return to this location as it’s the same thing drinks not stirred and when u order door dash they never send the pumpkin spice latte without whip cream and cinnamon on top but yet customers are charged for it. Here is an example of what my drink looked like and had I not called my door dash driving it would have not come with any whip cream or cinnamon. Like do better Dunkin because people have no problem returning if your giving your customers good service with good drinks made properly but unfortunately I am one of those people that is sick and tired of wasting my money on poorly made drinks and getting a mouth full of syrup and sugar due to my drinks never being made correctly by stirring with a spoon or not having the topping that are supposed to be on them. DO BETTER

Just wanted a simple iced coffee, bacon and a croissant. 30s+ cars wrapped around the building waiting in the drive thru. By the time you get your order. The foods cold, and its overpriced to begin with, an theres no option to cancel mobile orders. Go to a local Cafe or bakery instead.

Came in today to get some donuts and this place was filthy. Floors had trash all over, tables hadn’t been wiped down, counter top had crumbs and food all over it, the interior trim pieces are all hanging off and broken. I can only imagine how disgusting the kitchen and prep area is if this is what they show the customers

Dunkin, please clean your dining area at the least once a day. The booths were absolutely disgustingly dirty. I wiped the booth seat with a Lysol wipe I had brought, because I had my baby granddaughter, and it was black! Then I wiped the table top and underside which turned the wipe black and green!!

One of my worst Dunkin experiences, severely overcrowded and busy, minimal space for people inside to stand and wait for their order, quiet when saying names for orders and not even putting them on the pickup counter just putting them on top of random machines within customer reach. Also, grilled cheese wasn’t grilled on both sides, just one side.

Everyone there is really nice but I’ve gone there a few times and on occasion this location will be out of donuts. It’s also on the dirty side inside the building but the people there make up for it by being very patient & kind.
