I got locked out of my car here once and all the baristas were so nice. They let me use their phone to call AAA and one of them even offered to drive me to my class at Kirkwood. Some of the nicest people I’ve interacted with at a Starbucks.

This side always has the friendliest employees, But they either need to do some more training on how to make the drinks or Clean their machines the drinks I get from this side of town are always wrong or disgusting, I ordered a oatmilk shaken espresso and it was pretty much black, like what??

Skye yes I am naming her out. Saturday myself child and neighbor went in. I was having a bad day physically, Skye went way ABOVE & BEYOND any starbucks barista ever and we moved from San Diego. She saw that I was struggling to walk, but I have a complex drink so I didn’t want my neighbor to do drive thru. Skye was not only professional but also showed kindness and compassion. She also offered to walk my drink out.
A barista can make or break a store, and this store for the last year & change the manager at this place her attitude has always sucked. Even when you say hello or ask her if shes ok.
I’m now happy to go back because individuals like Skye have now made this location a million times better. Also my drink was perfect. Thank you and shout out to Skye. I really appreciate you….

I was there picking up a delivery for a paying customer, I waited in line, when I got to the register I said good morning, the gal said I’ll be with you in a moment and walked away. I said, “That’s fine, no worries.” My order was sitting ready on the counter just needing bagged up. She walked over and bagged up several other orders and started other orders. She started bagging my order and then quit to wait on other customers again. So I ended up waiting 15 minutes for an order that was sitting out on the counter that whole time. No greeting when I came in like they did with other customers, no thank you, no, nothing, just a glare. I was pleasant and mannerly impatient and will never go back.

Don’t order a cappuccino, you will get a latte. Staff is nice, but far from Baristas. Dumping milk into a cup with espresso is far from a cappuccino, and sadly, no one has time to request it be remade. Happened 4 times consistently when I visited Cedar Rapids last week. Unfortunately there is only 1 Starbucks in that area.

This is the worst place to get coffee ever. I used to be a scooter lover and then switch to this. I mostly take my decaf latte and my sandwiches ther, sometimes they will make order mistake I tolerated. This time I forgot my wallet realized that when I was in the line. I only had $9.1 as cash, I tried other options to pay my meals but these people were not ready to make arrêt and we’re asking if I wanted to remove some ♀️, but I enjoyed taking the sandwiches and latte together. Then I asked to cancel the order that was already made. They were okay with. The would rather loses $11.10 that lose the difference of $1.10 I can’t believe this. No marketing zero empathy, they didn’t care that I am a regular customer pffffff
