If I could give this Carl’s Jr no stars then I would! I placed an order through the App and When I was half way through my fries I found a big piece of glass in my fries! Don’t understand how people that are preparing/ packaging your food can miss this! I tried to call them to let them know but can’t even talked to anyone that works there because the number is not in service! People please check your food if you decide to eat here, this Carl’s Jr is the one I’ve came to for years and I won’t be coming back here again!

I had a great experience at the Carl’s Jr. in Rialto around 10:15 AM, and I have to give major credit to Laura. Her warm hospitality truly stood out—she was kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She even offered to brew a fresh pot of coffee just for me, which I really appreciated. Despite handling both the dining room and drive-thru, she stayed calm, professional, and friendly the entire time. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and Laura’s work ethic and kindness made my visit memorable. She’s a real gem!

After a disappointing experience at this Carl’s Jr. location on Christmas, I regret to say that I will not be recommending this place to anyone. The poor food quality left a lot to be desired, with plain, soggy, and tasteless burgers that were a major letdown. The Double Famous Star Burger was particularly disappointing, as it was compressed badly and lacked any flavor. The Single Western Bacon Cheeseburger without bacon was also unimpressive, as well as the Large Fries.
Despite the okay service given the long line of vehicles, the high prices just were not justified by the low quality of the food. Since I ordered food at the drive-thru, so I can’t say anything about the inside of this place.
Overall, my visit to this Carl’s Jr. left me highly disappointed and I will not be returning anytime soon. Save yourself the trouble and find another spot to grab a bite to eat.

Dark and sketchy area they hang you wait to long on the car for your food it’s right of the freeway where construction is always taking place but the good is good but they never have ice cream for the shakes.

I live nearby and come here all the time for so many reasons. It’s always clean, the staff is always courteous and also fun. Interacting with the customers! That is refreshing because so many places you go these days people are rude and unhappy and seem as if they don’t want to be working. But not at this location. This team seems genuinely happy! Food is always accurate and hot and delicious! Plus the Carl’s Jr app has GREAT DEALS all the time that make it so affordable to eat here which is another thing that is hard to find these days! Today I was helped by a young lady named Destiny. She was great! Polite, helpful, smiling, and she seemed genuinely happy to be offering service to the customers! She was very cute too … keep up the FANTASTIC JOB Carl’s Jr! Im definitely gonna keep coming back!
